NOTORIOUS FOR JESUS
Sometime ago I had the privilege to apply for a remote job for monthly salary of $650, equivalent #975,000. I had all criteria met and chances are I'd be picked but the role demands I do what negates my faith and conviction. ...that i should Write a column in support of LGBT community, rights and liberty.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against these people but I don't support their lifestyle based on personal experiences.
I must confess I was tempted. Day one, I ran back to the mail and tried to apply but I resisted, day two, day three, same thing! Finally on day four, I completely deleted the mail and cleared every trace of it from my mailbox.
Do I need the money? Yes.
But would my peace be affected if I get the role? Yes!

A BV STORY THAT WILL SHOCK YOU
Nene, is a business woman, she goes to the high sea with speedboat to buy big fishes and supply to big hotels and restaurants. Nene's husband Sunny, works as a security guard in a company, he mostly works at night.
Every night when Sunny, goes off to work another man comes over and spend the night with Nene.
This has been going on for a while, when somebody decided to tell Sunny, about his wife's sexcapades. One evening Sunny, pretended as if he was going to work as usual but he never went to work. He went and hid somewhere and waited.
At exactly 10pm there was a knock on the door, Nene and her man friend were startled by the sound and she asked who it was....her husband replied that he was the one and Nene opened the door. Meanwhile her man friend quickly dressed up.
When Sunny, entered his bedroom and saw his best friend Victor, standing in the middle of the room he was furious. For how long have you been sleeping with my wife? Sunny, asked his friend. Victor, could not utter a word.
Nene, said is not what you think my husband. Seeing that Sunny's attention has been shifted from him, Victor, ran out of the house.
Nene, told her husband that his friend is having some serious financial issues, so he came to ask her for a loan.
Sunny, told her she's lying that they told him Victor, comes to knack her everyday.
Nene, out of shame, made the biggest mistake of her life by swearing with the river that goes to buy fish from. Nene, told her husband that if she's indeed guilty of committing adultery let her drown in the river on her way to buy fish. What a stupid move. Knowing very well that she is guilty.
After swearing, her husband had no choice but to believe her. Because he understood the gravity of what his wife just did.
A few days later Nene, and some women went off to the high sea as usual to buy fish, unfortunately the boat capsized. Everyone was saved except Nene.
She was held back under the river for 3 days before she was released with her mouth cut off.
It was as if the river people were angry with Nene for lying. When Nene's body came out from under the river after 3 days they were suppose to bury her immediately as tradition demands but Nene's older brother was working at a rig when he got the call about Nene's death. He told her husband to put her body in the mortuary till he returns.
They put her in the mortuary. Nene, carried her bag and left the mortuary. She went straight to visit her neighbours one after the other to find out who ratted her out to her husband.
My mum was in the kitchen when she entered our house to confront my mum.
My mum carried the hot kettle of water boiling on the cooker and told her to stay away or she would pour it on her. Nene took off. Went to the next flat, those ones ran out screaming.
She went to her husband's place of work the moment he saw her, he started cursing her ashawo ten ten kobo. He told her if she comes any closer he will kill her the second time. She took off. If you're not afraid of her, she will leave you alone.
She went to her man friends house Victor. That one ran out of his house and kept running till today nobody knows his whereabouts.
When her brother came back, they decided to bury her quickly. They've already wasted so much time. They went to the mortuary to pick up her corpse. Nene don go night club. The attendance told them to come the next day that Star girl Nene has gone out.
They left and went back the next day with a strong native doctor that knows how to handle such cases.
When they got to the mortuary the attendance told them to wait for them to go and prepare her. After about 20mins the attendance came out and told them that I couldn't find Nene.
Apparently Nene has covered her face with another person's face to confuse them. The native doctor told them not to worry that he will handle it.
He went inside the mortuary and did some things, Nene, finally looked like herself. They now packaged Nene's corpse into a casket and loaded it into the ambulance, time to go the balance refused to move. They tried everything Nene, refused to move. Her brother now opened the casket and started begging Nene. Something that looks like a smile appeared on Nene's face that assured her brother that she has agreed to go.
That was how they took Nene, across the river and buried her. Where they bury her kind. Once they take any corpse across the river to bury, the spirit of that person can never cross back to hunt anyone.
That was how the story of Star girl Nene, came to an end.
