  3. Hmmmmm!!! An apartment in the building, not the whole building. However, it is still an achievement. But the lai mohammeds in Nig showbiz is 99%. Making equity deposit and paying monthly mortgage payments doesn't mean you have bought a house. Just like the bobo we wey dey abroad dey give our bros and siss in Nig say we don buy house, wey na only 5% deposit we make and we go dey pay mthly mortgage pyts like rent for another 30yrs😅. Except we thief money like politicians to buy am cash. Ehen, na those ones go say dem don buy house

    1. You’re a very pathetic person. When you buy a house, no matter how much you put down, the house is yours unless it is taken from you because of continuous inability to make your payments which is a very long process in most countries. Just be happy for her and run along.

  11. these influencers should stop this. Real estate investors contact you to market their buildings for them based on your social media presence and you term it yours , selling or renting it behind social media , collecting your percentage but putting the naive ones under pressure thinking you own those properties not knowing it’s all business and clout.

  12. Anon 19.56, you are the ignorant person - Anon 18.48 is correct. The fact that the house can be repossessed for non payment of your monthly mortgage is enough reason to know the house belongs to the bank or mortgage institution that loaned you the bulk money to pay for the house, not you that put 5% or even nothing in some jurisdictions. That is finance and not emotions which you are exhibiting. It is a very short process - thats why the system works. Ode! Nigerians and fake lives are like 5&6
