    I will be making spicy okro soup later , laced with Ugba , Pomo, assorted, dried fish and giant shrimps 🍀 with fresh unripe plantain swallow

    Pls my people, how to I preserve bunches of unripe plantain? I have given enough out yet Im still left with so much and I don’t want it to spoil

    1. Blend it all with little water, scoop into tight bowl, store in your freezer.
      Fry chips, sprinkle dry paprika when it's still hot. Cool and store in airtight container.

    2. Cut, dry/dehydrate and either grind into flour. Or leave it dry and blend as you need
