The Ogoni 4 are the ones honoured this time around. The Ogoni 9 had a hand in inciting their murders leading to the end of oil exploration in Ogoniland for over 20 years.
ReplyDeleteI hope the families can forgive what I think was a mix up by over overzealous aides who mixed to the historical facts. The Ogoni will also have to face their difficult history and agree on what the future will look like for them.
