This life ehn, I no even know say some people still mumu for this kind era. 

How can you send 5m as payment for a car to someone you've not set your eyes on before..Who does that?

There is a car wash right beside the filling station opposite my shop which is operated by one young guy(say Tunji, who is either 26/27years). 

Na once a while the boss dey come. The boy washes and also acts as the oga there because they are just two working there . 

Recently, the boy saw a car parked opposite a hotel very close to us here(4 SALE boldly written on it). He snapped and posted the car and another guy(Akeem) who knows him well saw it and reposted it. 

Fortunately, Akeem saw a buyer and negotiated with the woman. The woman agreed to give Akeem 200k if she purchased the car. They finalized and Akeem gave Tunji' line to the woman. Meaning that,Akeem is no longer in the picture.

‎Tunji and the woman discussed and they finalized their deal. The woman sent 5m to Tunji's account and gave him an address where he will bring the car. 

One week gone, no response from tunji. He totally switched off his phone. Not until the woman traced Akeem and arrested him for duping her. 

First, Tunji never knew Akeem wasn't the owner or in charge of the car and to make matters worse, the car was for someone who just came to drop someone off the hotel.

‎Akeem was bailed on the condition that, he will provide Tunji. 2 Weeks gone, Akeem never fed police officers back then the woman took the matter to the highest police station here at Ibadan and Akeem was re-arrested. 

Then they began to track Tunji. Finally , Tunji was arrested and taken to court ... I was like, so fast? I never had anything until they came with full force to pick him up while busy washing a customer's car. The info now is, Akeem has also been dropped to yard(prison) for conspiracy and truly from info gathered, he knows nothing about it and had not even seen Tunji for over 2 years but they chat on Whatsapp .... he has no lawyer to help him prove that fact. (This is why I don't trust long time friends).

‎Digressing a bit, why on earth will you send 5m to someone you don't know anything about knowing fully well that 80% of Nigerians are not trustworthy. And when you see this boy, he is so calm and reserved. The boy mama kan dey run up and down for people wey go help her. The question is, where is the money? I was told nothing was found in his account again. Bo ya baba ti se OBLEE.

‎It's a pity though. I don't know why people can't be trusted. I keep saying that, it's so cheap living a sincere life than living in lies, deceit and pride. The mama wey no sabi anything don dey suffer am now. Putting the innocent old woman and his long time friend into trouble.
