  1. There's a lady in my office whose ways are strange to me cos she respects no one and gets away with everything. What others get punished for, mgt turns a blind eye or she gets away with it. Last week, the transformer at the car park suddenly caught fire and all staff who parked close to the fire hurriedly pulled out their cars. Unfortunately, she wasn't seated a colleague quickly rummaged her handbag to get her car keys and pulled out orishirishi I.e small goat horns with red cloth, small black calabash and A BABY TURTLE ! Then she walked in...

    3. Your story reminds me of my ex-colleague, she always get away with everything, until one day that health people came for inspection and saw a live snail inside staff cloack room and wondered what a live snail was doing there when it wasn't even raining season, they said they should search everyone's load and when her load was searched, a lot of live snails with a stuff wrapped with red cloth was found inside her load.
She was off that day and she wasn't around, the branch manager waited for her till the following day and told her to trash them, she trashed the live snails and the stuff wrapped with red cloth under thorough monitor, some days after the incident, someone was caught taking company's stuff home and he mentioned all his accomplices which the lady was among them, they were detained and sacked.

  2. So, I had this dream some nights ago, that I was at this strange house and in going through the kitchen I saw something extremely terrifying, but that I knew if it is known that saw it I would be kpaid. I did everything to get away but got tangled up in some curtains and could not get away in time and was caught. Then this woman dressed in blue cultural ancient of days attire that I immediately knew was the high priestess of witchcraft in her coven was there, and either her daughter or granddaughter who was dressed more modern in jeans was with her. They both were smiling while they talked to me and I knew they were plotting how to get rid of me. Two deeply evil beings doing diabolical things. I have never seen either woman in my life and I do not know who they are. They looked like Indians or ppl from that region. But it was one terrifying dream.

  5. There's one story I read sometime back. A young man who was still staying with his mum came back from work. He told his mum he was very hungry. Meanwhile Mama was cooking when he came. She told him to be a little bit patient because the food was almost cooked.
But he said he was very hungry. So he told Mama that he wants to quickly buy coke to drink before the food will be ready 🍲

On his way back, he was hit by a car & died. And before news got home, he came with the coke. Mama happily served the food. But while he was eating, some people came to knock with bad news of his death 😢 Mama did not believe & told them her son was eating at the back kitchen. But when they got there, he was gone.
You can imagine Mama's pain 😭

She felt so guilty that if food was ready on time maybe he would still be alive. Even the food he came as a ghost to eat, he didn't finish it.
So she places food everytime she cooks at that same spot he was eating & after sometime the food vanishes 😮
    Things dey happen sha.

  6. This one was about those sturboon village children and it happened long ago. This boy and his friends liked going to pluck mangoes 🥭 from a big mango tree near the community cemetery. When one of them started misbehaving, their parents warned them to stop going to that area to pluck mangoes 🥭

Some of the boys stopped and some were still hiding to do it. This particular boy goes early mornings in the giuse of fetching firewood to pick mangoes that fell from the tree. On a certain day, according to his account of the story, he saw a pile of big succulent mangoes that morning & he quickly packed some & ran. He sat down somewhere, finished them and cleaned mouth before going home. As the mangoes sweet am reach, he went again the next morning.
From afar he saw another set of big mangos like he met previous day and happily ran to pack. But on closer range, he saw a man guiding them & the man beckoned to him to move closer. As he was moving he heard gboo! 'the mangoes I gathered was what you stole yesterday not so? you thief' That was where his people met him late in the afternoon lying motionless.
From stories that spread, he was hit by a ghost who owned the pile of mangoes. He was later taken to Herbalist and later revived but the was still staring blankly at everyone. The Herbalist told his parents to go & beg the the ghost... because he owed him.

They were told to get a particular denomination of coins of a certain amount & place them early in the morning by the tree as payment. When they get there, they should plead with the offended ghost to please free their child as they have paid for what he stole. The boy's parents did as they was told & he became fine.
But once in awhile, he behaves crazy. Like when everyone is seating, he just shouts loud and starts running towards the road 😔

  8. I was in the kitchen when my husband Deji walked in and announced, "I've been transferred to Benin"

Why Benin? I felt completely downcast. Everything we had built was in Ibadan. The following week, Deji travelled to Benin to look for a place for us to stay. He found a beautiful spacious three bedroom flat. When he told me how much the rent is, I was shocked. Are houses really that affordable in Benin. When I finally saw it, omg, it was breathtaking.

Quickly we collected the account details. But as we stepped out of the building after inspecting the flat, two neighbors living opposite the block pulled us aside. Please don't take the house, one of the women whispered. There is something about this house. Did you notice that nobody lives there apart from the woman in the first flat? People die here like water.

  9. So, I went to visit my ex school mate on the island, very lovely babe with her family, She had an Aunty living with them at that time, Her parents were so kind to me and they begged me to sleepover, I really enjoyed myself that night, and I also met her older siblings.

That night, We stayed in her room, cause we were catching up with school gist, Her Aunt whom I met earlier, came into the room and just slept off on my friend's bed, Although the bed was pretty good large enough for 3 people, but I decided to sleep on the floor, Later that night around 10mins past 2 am, I woke up to ease myself, and I came back to continue my sleep.

Suddenly, everywhere became dark, I mean there was light and the ac was on, But everything became pitch black, at this point and very hot, the heavy door to the room just quietly opened, that's when I started breathing heavily, I had to shut my eyes tightly, then I opened it again slightly and saw this heavy, tall, dark man, I couldn't see his face, cause he had very long dark hair covering his face and long bloodied finger nails and toe nails, I was scared, and I was calling Jesus silently to help me.

    3. I saw him walk straight to the Aunty's side of the bed, meanwhile, I was sweating seriously and crying at the same time,I actually thought my cries were loud enough to wake everyone up, but nobody woke up, So he placed his hands on the Aunty, For like 30mins, And the worst part was that, he looked at me, but I couldn't still see his face, cause of his hair, at that point, I thought I had fainted or something, but no, I was still very conscious and crying out so loudly, He just walked towards me, and gave me the heaviest knock on the front of my head and he said with a scary voice to me, "next time mind your business".

As soon as he walked out of the door, Aunty woke up and started screaming, and she was short of breath, the whole house was in the room , and they immediately started praying the rosary that night, I couldn't tell them what I saw, because the demon already asked me to mind my business.

I ran home that morning, without taking a shower, meanwhile I suffered from severe headaches for one week as a result of that knock, She invited me again sometime the following week, but I jejely declined, I do not want troubles for myself.

Yes oo, there was a family that lost their child the night they moved in. Another had miscarriage after another. One man even died the month he moved in.

I became scared, I told my husband we needed to call the agent to let him know we wouldn't be going through with the payment. But as we prayed together in the hotel room, something shifted. I began to see vivid images of me cooking in the kitchen of that flat. I tried to shake it off but the visions kept coming.
" I really think God wants us to take that flat,' my husband finally said quietly. I didn't argue.

We moved in the following week. Madam Eseosa, the lady in the first flat paid us a visit. She was so warm and friendly. "I'm glad you are here. You people need to be prayerful o. There is something wrong with the foundation of this house" she said in a thick Benin accent.

That night as I lay in bed, I saw a shadow in the room. But it wasn't human, it moved in an unnatural way, drifting slowly towards me. My heart raced. I got up and switched on the light and the shadow disappeared. The following night, I jolted up in bed, just in time to see a hand reaching towards my neck. The moment I sat up, it vanished. I didn't take any chances. I prayed till daybreak by force by fire.

    To be contd

  11. My uncle (dad’s half brother) has a workshop in Aba where he makes clothes( polo) for African market. Every year one of his workers would die. It was ongoing until 3rd March 1995, our cousin slept in that house and never woke up.

It was a traumatic experience for us all as it was a big compound that belongs to the whole family. After the incident, we would hear strange noises and sometimes a serious attack whilst you slept. We all left our fathers’ house and ran away until today.

  12. There are a lot of strange things that happen in London. Haunted houses, real witches and wizard attacks when you sleep. It is too much. I am holding God very tightly these days.

Few weeks later, I bought new handbags. Hubby found out and he was not happy. We had agreed to cut down on personal expenses so we could begin building on the land we bought. To be honest, I had totally forgotten. The way he reacted got under my skin. I was defensive and before we knew it, we were going back and forth in frustration. As I sat quietly in prayer, the Lord spoke gently to my heart. "Send him a text. Apologize to him. You both need to be united"
Just then, Madam Eseosa knocked, I opened the door to find her grinning at me. If you need to talk, I'm here
She said. She gave me a big slice of cake which I tossed into the trash after she left.

  14. There was a certain trailer driver who died in an accident. He used to drink palm wine in a bar close to his house every day after work before his death. After his death, he was still coming there for his palm wine and a lot of people were seeing him.

People then asked the owner of the bar to break a cup for him and make some comment about him not being part of them anymore and he should rest in peace. After that he never came back.

Hubby and I started our 7 day fast at the beginning of the month. We have been doing this since we got married a year ago. On the third day, as we were praying we had a loud bang on the door. You're disturbing me, Madam Eseosa said. We continued praying though we lowered our voices. Few minutes later, she came back, banging on the door. Are you mad? I said you're disturbing me. She shouted. Still we didn't stop until we finished our prayers.

One evening, I got back from work when Madam Eseosa flung a bucket of fish water at me. I mean water used to wash Titus fish. I was angry but a small voice whispered to me. "Be still, do not respond"

Six months in that house felt like a lifetime. But that night, as we prayed once more, the Holy Spirit said very clearly. "Do not leave, I am with you"

  16. My colleague told me he went to his locker very late at night to take his stuff after a day job in a hospital abroad.

His cloakroom was in a basement close to the hospital mortuary and as soon as he came in there, he had someone singing, he shouted “who is that” and the singing stopped and he continued what he was doing and the singing started again and he quickly ran back up.

Now people don’t go there for their night shift because of strange stories that had been happening there.

Through conversation with the landlord's wife, I found out that the landlord who had been bedridden with stroke for a year was attacked by Madam Eseosa in a dream to gain control of the house. I was filled with anger as I watched the landlord lay helpless on the floor of his living room. These are retired civil servants for God's sake.

That night, hubby and I prayed with intensity. Fervently and violently before going to bed. In my dream, Eseosa appeared. She was holding a flaming torch. The kind used in medieval times and was walking towards me with a strange determined look in her eyes. From a distance, she threw the torch at me. I caught it, just at the tail end . She let out a sharp gasp, clearly shocked. Without hesitation, I threw it back at her. The torch struck her face and immediately, it began to burn. I jolted awake, breathless and drenched in sweat.

Later that morning, as we were getting ready for work. I noticed a truck packed in front of the house. Eseosa was moving out . She had partially covered her face with a back veil but I knew what had happened. As she stood beside her son, she shot me an icy glare before climbing into the truck.

The Lord came to me again. "It's time for your next assignment. Start a weekly discipleship meeting for women in your neighborhood"
I was stunned. Fifty women showed up, hungry hearts, eyes filled with pain, women desperate for healing. For God.

  20. One of my older cousins asked me to get him an okada because he is getting too old for the job he was doing. I told him to be patient with me as I haven’t got the money to buy it now.

He threatened me and said he will never beg me again that we will see. Few weeks later, my brother called me whilst I was at work and told me that my favourite cousin died by electric shock. How? I was distraught.

It happened that the older cousin took my late cousin out for a drink on the eve of her death and when she went to her shop the next day, her sewing machine shocked her to death. I do not know if my older cousin did it but my spirit tells me to avoid him and I have since avoided him for 6 years now.

On her burial day, we gave the older cousin a lot of dollars (they are not siblings, just cousins) to hire hearse to take her corpse to the village and to entertain mourners. He did none of that, he put my cousin corpse on top of a bus 🥲 .

When they got to a lonely road to my village, the bus stopped and my late cousins’ sister came and was hailing the dead, calling her beautiful name just so she can get home and be buried. Some elders came with schnapps hot drink and appeased her spirits before they could continue the journey.

Antie P May your soul continue to rest in peace.

  21. Let me go anonymous,so I moved into a new compound and had a very nosy neighbor, nosy to a point she would want to know your boyfriend and how men your dating in a roll,in as much as I love neighbourly love I also like privacy,I was the one giving and minding my business, till one day my nosy neighbor decided to beef me,I was very happy with the beefing attitude, because I was about confronting her to stay away from me,fast forward a few months later into the beefing session,I woke up to pee at night and I was drawn to the widow,I stood starring outside into the dark night,it was 10:30pm there was security light on, all around the compound,I stood for like 10 minutes and I saw my nosy neighbor coming out of the protector stark naked, the security light that were on became so bright as if it was 12 noon in the afternoon and i was wandering if It was day time or was it still 10:30pm,my nosy neighbor came out of the protector without opening it,danced naked round the compound and disappeared into thin air. I quietly closed my curtain and remembered the pee I was to pee,pee no gree commot,I creeped into my bed and started reciting all the Bible verses about casting out fear, the following day the nosy neighbor gave me a knowing look,me I was concentrating on an imaginary object above her head.Since then I have seen her come out at odd times in the night and dance naked and disappear in thin air.I mind my business and kabash my way through, the nosy neighbor never stepped her foot near my threshold and I never looked in her direction.

  22. In the 80s my late dad would send my sister to the village during long vacation to be with my late paternal grandmother to keep her company.

My sister always went to this particular udara tree known as sugar sugar early morning with my cousins in the village to pick udara. From the name of the udara you already know why they go every morning.

This particular day, my sister was coming back from the udara tree and all her udara fell down in front of an ancestral deity. Note: anything that falls down on that road belongs to the gods and should not be picked but my sister picked them anyway, although my late cousin who was very familiar with the village warned her not to as it has severe consequences.

In the evening of that same day, some elders who worship the deity came and told my grandmother that my sister has their property and should perform a rite to appease their gods. (Nobody knows how they got to know because they always set out at a crack of dawn). One of the old men was my aunt’s husband, I think he helped solve the problem.

The place is still in existence to this day and you are still not allowed to pick anything that fell down there.

  23. My mum gisted us of one of her childhood experience. Her classmate begged for food and was given witchcraft,he started screaming that he was seeing his mum in a far away place and seeing strange things. Teachers had to plead with the classmate that gave him food to cleanse him. He used that termite house and some siliva to remove it.students stopped begging that period 😂

My in law gisted me if her childhood friend that was pregnant and craved for jollof rice husband decided to go buy it outside for her,he never made it back, had an accident in his way. The news broke her so bad that she lived only for few months. I never met her but I felt so much pity for her when I was told the story. May her their souls continue to rest in peace.
