Stella, that's a loaded question! while it might seem like an innocent comparison, the aftermath of what it will build in the mind of some persons might be damaging, as a large number of persons will definitely misconstrue it. We (Most people) in Nigeria and Africa still conceive that idea that a well successful/educationally attained woman who is yet to be married is already a walking RED flag, so to post this is kinda promoting such ideology.
DeleteHonestly, it's NOT about comparing an illiterate wife with a PHD holder. It's about compatibility and finding peace in a relationship.
Some guys might feel intimidated by a highly successful woman, not because she's a PHD holder, but because of their own insecurities. On the flip side, someone who's illiterate but brings peace is definitely a blessing.
Maybe a better question would be: What's more important in a partner - shared values and love, or societal expectations and titles? Let's focus on building healthy relationships rather than perpetuating stereotypes.
Please don't take it that i'm misconstruing the message, remember in our context where societal pressures can be overwhelming for women. Let's promote understanding and empathy instead.
