Women Form Vigilante Group To Fight Night Crime In Jos

In Jos, Plateau State, Christian and Muslim women have formed a 20‑member vigilante team led by 54‑year‑old Blessing Ngozi Emmanuel.
They patrol areas like Laranto and Apata at night with only whips and ID cards.....

These women decided to step in after years of violence and rising crime. The women confront thieves and drug dealers to help keep their families and neighbours safe......

    1. Neighborhood watch, gated communities , private security etc are realities in a every 1st world nation. Ring doorbells and crime watch alarm systems are not marketed to the 3rd world. In the USA, they even use the big Gs to patrol. If the men won't or can't step up, the women want to do their bit

    2. Which bandage is UK holding? About 30 years ago, they were looking to borrow from Nigeria but we got comfortable and started off with welfarism that breeds corruption and they focused on being the banking capital of the world and went tough with the Thatcher years till they got lazy again so who's fault that we slacked? .

How is having dinner and closing deals worth about 800 million dollars including improved port access capitulating? When you have that money, bring it to Obi to use to to develop the country into the El Dorado that Anambra is.

Quit the armchair intellectual laziness and the professional pessimism. Ask Zenith Bank how they like their new branch in yonder. This cloud of heaviness you are so addicted to will only close your eyes to opportunities.

  8. This is kinda of my zone. I have not heard of them neither seen any woman strolling with whips. Jenta and Apata axis mostly consist of Igbo people and indigenous Plateau tribes. From my mumu knowledge their no crime apart from phone theft
