Nigeria’s Filling Stations Raise Petrol Price After Dangote Refinery’s Hike

Nigeria’s filling stations have increased petrol pump prices after the Dangote Petroleum Refinery raised its ex‑depot rate from ₦1,200 to ₦1,275 per litre. The ₦75 adjustment took effect immediately, prompting marketers to update pump prices across major cities.
Stations say the new rates reflect the refinery’s revised pricing template, which also pushed coastal supply to about ₦1,215 per litre.
