Pastor Oyedepo Reveals His Wife Returned Her US Green Card After Marriage And They Returned To Nigeria....

On Sunday, April 19, 2026, Pastor David Oyedepo revealed that before he got married, his wife, Faith Oyedepo, was already close to becoming an American citizen with a valid U.S. green card, but after their wedding he told her they would be returning to Nigeria, and together they went back to the U.S. embassy to voluntarily return the document...

“Before we got married, my wife was almost an American citizen, she had a green card. After we got married, I told her we’ll be moving back to Nigeria, we went back to the USA embassy to return the green card. That’s the green card some people will kpai themselves for.”

  1. They were young and beautiful. AI photo editing is a great tool for this generation. See how it brought out their colour and beauty from the old picture

  2. As it should be.
If a woman can listen and submit to you, why get married to her.
You're just signing to a life of sadness and pain. A toxic marriage full of drama. Husband go talk one, wife go talk 10. Them go gree say make them never born, wife go unilaterally stop the contraceptive carry belle.
You'll all learn the hard way.

    1. Contraception is everyone's responsibility. If you leave it up to your partner, you deserve what you get.

  4. All I will ask is would a man make this kind of sacrifice? And why couldn’t he allow her to get her passport and then move to Nigeria? See religion is a form of oppression for women , tueh

  13. Why won't she return the green card? When your family has used church members offerings, tithes and seed sowing to build canaanland for only your family and not for the poor masses and poor church members. Nonsense and ingredients. Always talking nonsense.

  15. This message is somehow. What exactly is he trying to tell his congregation who doesn't have a father or father in-law like bishop oyedepo?? He said people are dying to get what he willingly returned, are you mocking the unprivileged ones that had to hustle before they could become somebody? Who would have travelled or seek greener pastures if we have something bigger to fall back on at home. Easy o, rich man pikin
