    Nigerian comedian Buchi has taken to social media to accuse his estranged wife and her brother of beating his young daughter. In angry posts shared on Instagram, he posted photos of the child and made strong claims about what happened.

    said the incident took place while his daughter was with her mother and uncle in the United States. He tagged the brother, referred to as Jubril Iseede Azmin, and used strong words like “Ole Caprisomme” to describe him. He also claimed that his estranged wife knew about or approved the alleged assault. Buchi warned that no one should touch his child. Buchi has had ongoing issues with his ex-wife over custody and access to their children for several years. This latest outburst comes after past accusations where he claimed her family was denying him contact and making financial demands.

    On Monday, April 20, 2026, suspected thugs attacked and stripped the Chairman of Owo Local Government Area in Ondo State. The chairman, Tope Omolayo, had just returned to his office after a six month suspension. The suspension came from the local government council members. They said he insulted the Olowo of Owo, a respected traditional ruler, in a voice recording that spread online.

  7. Mr Macaroni Tells Governor Sanwo-Olu: Come to My House for Apology “You Work for Me”

    Content creator and activist Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has spoken out again about his experience during the 2020 #EndSARS protests. In a recent interview clip, he explained why he turned down an invitation from Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for a private apology.

    Mr Macaroni said the governor invited him to the Governor’s Office to say sorry for the way he was harassed and arrested by security forces while protesting peacefully. Instead of going, he told the governor to come to his own house if he truly wanted to apologise.

    He made it clear that leaders are public servants. “You work for me,” he said, reminding everyone that governors and other officials are there to serve the people, not the other way around. He added that any real apology should have been made in public, not behind closed doors.

  8. Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda in a podcast interview clip has spoken out about some big Afrobeats stars. He says they act too big to show up or even perform at the African awards like Headies award, Mobo award, Afrimma awards but spend big money on private jets to attend the Grammys in America. Then they post shoutouts like they care about home but they are not being real for trying to act like they represent Africa because if they were true Africans they will be present at African awards.

    “They claim they’re too big to attend and perform at Headies but spend millions flying private jets to attend Grammys. They receive awards and start sending fake love shoutouts trying to act like they care cause they feel like they represent us at Global stage.”
