Your last paragraph is insensitive as it seems to look like doing all that "eat vegetables or seeds or nuts everyday..." prevents bowel cancer. There are people who has and have lived a far better and healthy lifestyle and still ended up with bowel cancer and more and are dead today. In your bid to feel sorry, you ended up sounding stupid. As if simple routine is enough to prevent cancer...
