Actress Linda Ejiofor Says Prayers And Husbands Support Helped Her Journey Through Career Struggles

Nollywood star actress Linda Ejiofor has shared how she once felt her career was stagnant until things turned around.



“Three years ago, I thought my career wasn’t moving forward. I asked God for something, and He gave me two beautiful stories.
I am so grateful to God, grateful to my husband because he stood by me through this. He told me that I did well in both movies. To be honest, I didn’t believe him,” she said.

Her breakthrough came at the 2026 AMVCA, where she won Best Lead Actress for The Serpent’s Gift and Best Supporting Actress for The Herd, making history with a double win in one night.
