If May and Yul’ s marriage was perfect as some are making seems Yul will not leave. Judy has done nothing wrong that to seek her peace and I sure May that was led knows the truth.

ReplyDeleteI really don't get the argument. I thought the conventional wisdom is that 'a woman stays where she is treated well, feels loved and cared for'. The implication then is that a woman who walks out of a marriage wasn't getting any of the above.
ReplyDeleteWhy is Judy being villified for doing what countless number of other women have done?Judy gets put through the wringer but Natasha gets a pass. I forgot, Annie didn't bother with building 'Annie nation'. Ignoring the side step though, why is Judy taking so much heat? Doesn't she deserve a chance at happiness? Or is it that subtle ever present fear a number of women carry around, fearing that there is always a Judy somewhere waiting to snatch her man, that makes them the dominant voices in the online mob raising a stink against anything Judy does. They rail against her but deep within they wish they were her and could take a chance at their own liberation and happiness like she did. But that isn't an option. Staying miserable for life is okay so long as they remain married.

You did justice to analyzing what the situation is. They want any other woman not to endure and suffer in marriage except Judy. She deserves nothing good because of a devilish nation formed against her. A lot of these women are doing or has some one doing the same thing they accuse Judy of, yet they turned a blind eye to it. The anonymous women stories of married women and single girls sleeping around we read here are being sent by may be trees. They’ve been on this lady case for years, a battle no one sent them to fight. The individuals involved have moved on, but they still held on to bitterness, yet goes to church and ask God for forgiveness. Nigeria is facing a lot, but they are more concerned on the decisions taken by adults that doesn’t affect them. Maybe they are scared their own husband will do the same thing Yul did.
