President Donald Trump’s name has been removed from the Kennedy Center after a federal court order that declared the 2025 renaming illegal. The removal comes after U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper ruled that only Congress has the authority to name or rename the Kennedy Center, not the institution’s board.
Before the deadline the Judge gave, workers had already taken down the Trump lettering from the building’s façade and scrubbed his name from the Center’s website and official materials.
The judge’s directive gave the institution 14 days to comply.
The Kennedy Center board had attempted an emergency appeal to stop the removal, but the court rejected the request, clearing the way for immediate enforcement. The venue now reverts to its original, congressionally mandated name honoring President John F. Kennedy.

Bwahahahaha!!! Shameless clown of a man. They had to cover his name with a tarp to hide as they removed it. I read that it is being forecasted that possible rains in Washington may disrupt his birthday celebration.
ReplyDeleteHe desperately wants to be loved but can't just help but do increasingly hateful things.
Just to let you know that a lot of us , I mean millions of Americans loves him and that’s why he won the election. Use this energy for your country’s present president!!
