He strongly denied the claim and said it was blackmail. Reports indicate the police later cleared him due to lack of evidence, though the case went to court.

The Anambra State Government has arraigned eight individuals accused of posing as pastors for allegedly violating the state’s 2025 Homeland Security Law.

She revealed that when they met, he promised to make her a super star and he did.She described him as her engine, and he was the first person he saw in the morning, and the last she saw at night.

A video making rounds on social media shows two older men sitting on the ground in a forest, looking tired and worried. Armed men in camouflage stand over them. One of the men is alleged to be the former APC Chairman of Koko/Besse Local Government Area in Kebbi State, along with his associate.
ReplyDeleteTheir location is also alleged to be Birnin Gwari forest, a well known area in Kaduna State where bandits operate and hold kidnapped people. In the video, the men appear distressed. Reports say in the video clip they were pleading for help, mentioning their health is getting worse without medicine.
Nigerian music star Davido has publicly shared resignation letters from several members of the APC in Osun State. In his post on X on June 4, 2026, the singer used football language to describe the situation, saying the party’s “transfer window” was very bad. He joked that only Bola Oyebamiji (popularly called Ambo, the APC governorship candidate) and former Governor Gboyega Oyetola are still holding things down for the APC.

On June 3, 2026, Kingsley Nebo, a real estate developer, appeared in court over the alleged killing of 25 year old student Sochima Onoh. But instead of moving forward, police presented a letter from the Inspector General of Police asking the court to withdraw the case.

Sochima Onoh was shot dead on July 12, 2025, in the Etiti Ngwo area of Enugu State. Reports say the killing happened during a land dispute. Police arrested Kingsley Nebo, CEO of Dandatec Real Estate, in October 2025. They also picked up five other people connected to the case. According to police sources at the time, Nebo confessed on video that he paid ₦1 million to assassins to carry out the killing. The alleged plan was to spark a fight between communities so he could grab more land through the Enugu State Geographical Information System (ENGIS). Nebo has denied the claims and said his confession was forced out of him.
When Nebo was arraigned in Enugu High Court, the prosecutor showed a letter from the IGP requesting that the case be dropped for further investigation.
Popular Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck has raised an alarm over what he described as attempts by renowned music label, Chocolate City to have him arrested.
