He is claiming N4.5 million in medical expenses for consultations, medication, diagnostics, X-rays, CT scans and transportation. He also stated that the incident happened during the peak festive season, causing him to miss major engagements, including an international trip with a Chocolate City artiste. He is demanding an additional N50 million for financial losses tied to delayed projects, missed bookings and reduced productivity.
The suit further alleges physical pain, emotional distress, psychological trauma and reputational damage. The claimant says the incident subjected him to ridicule in the entertainment industry and left him dealing with anxiety, loss of confidence and ongoing therapy. He described the rapper’s conduct as high‑handed and malicious, claiming Odumodublvck has shown no remorse.
His lawyers reportedly issued a formal demand before filing the suit. The matter is now before the Lagos State High Court.
