Mahe sure that you are in a positively impacting situation that can be passed on.
Does anyone know what Gorontula does?Hmmm my friend who was having ED and almost losing his marriage took a tea of it and since then za oza room has been ery busy....He said anytime his wife wanted some, he would pretend as if he had emergency malaria cos the thing was not functioning again but someone recommended the tea and some months back, he only took one that cleaned out the gbola and its been nonstop attention!...LOL
I say make i share the knowledge in case some of you need it....... I even have the contact detals of the person selling the tea in Lagos...For you or your partner..
I wonder why a spouse will be hiding that their thing has problems from the other spouse..Is it no longer for bettr for worse? na wah oh.....

Enjoy your day and stay outta harms way...

NOTORIOUS FOR JESUS

One of my friends had been posting a series of WhatsApp statuses that strongly suggested his marriage had ended. He sounded deeply hurt, so I reached out to ask what had happened. After much persuasion, he finally opened up to me.
They were living in the UK when his wife called the police after he assaulted her. The incident nearly cost him his immigration status.
As he spoke, he insisted he had always been good to his wife. But I know this friend of mine. He has a very aggressive personality. He's an older man who was once involved in politics before relocating abroad. Stubborn, hot-tempered, and a typical traditional Yoruba man who believes he must always be in control.
I sympathised with him on the surface, but deep down, I knew he was a major part of the problem.
The marriage produced a beautiful daughter, but it eventually collapsed. The last I heard, he had returned to Nigeria to marry again.
Sadly, instead of the new woman asking questions about why his previous marriage failed or doing her due diligence, the excitement of marrying an "abroad husband" may make her ignore the warning signs. She could unknowingly be stepping into the same trap.
And if my friend doesn't change his character, we already have a fair idea of how this next marriage may end.
The sad reality is that many people focus on finding a new partner without first addressing the behaviours that destroyed the previous relationship. A new spouse cannot fix an old character.

Hmmmm!!!!
A new spouse cannot fix an old character that stinks!

ONE MEAL A DAY CHALLENGE

So, for the one meal a day challenge....Tell us what you would eat as one meal for today? I will gift 5 people 20k each for a well balanced OMAD
So my one meal a day is shredded grilled chiclen, granish with onion and all the bell peppers...Shrimps friend with tomoatoes and spinach....Brown wheat bread by the side....A touch of indome noodles....soft tender roasted beef... then broccoli, mushrooms and spinach seasoned and fried together...In the end, the whole thing will be mixed together and eaten wth the brown bread...Note that it would be eaten in small portion over a period of three days.....

It is very delish
What is yours? It has to make sense!

WEIRD FACT

----Chronic loneliness and social isolation carry the same mortality risk as smoking 15 cigarettes a day
Research shows the physical health toll makes a lack of social connection even more dangerous to long-term longevity than obesity

--- A new study found that Gen Z workers report faking productivity more than any other generation

The behavior is tied to productivity surveillance, where workers prioritize visible activity that monitoring tools can measure over actual output
Researchers describe it as a rational response to being watched — not laziness

---- There are 23 Mondays left in 2026

THINK ABOUT THIS

When we die, our money stays in the bank—yet while we're alive, we never seem to have enough. The truth is, most of us leave far more behind than we ever spend.
Consider this: a Chinese tycoon passed away, leaving his widow $1.9 billion. She later married his chauffeur, who remarked:
"All along, I thought I was working for my boss. Now I realize—he was working for me."
The real lesson? Longevity matters more than luxury. A healthy body outlasts any fortune.
Think about it:
· 70% of a smartphone's features are never used.
· 70% of a car's performance is never needed.
· 70% of a mansion's space is seldom occupied.
· And 70% of your wardrobe? Probably unworn.
We spend a lifetime earning—only for 70% to end up serving others. So protect your 30%.
Get checkups when you're well. Drink water when you're not thirsty. Let go of what you can't control. Yield even when you're right. Stay humble when you're powerful. Find contentment even when you're not rich. Exercise your body and mind—even when busy. And make time for those who matter.
Because life is short. Don't spend it working for someone else's future.

The Quiet Strength of Consistency

Progress Built One Faithful Action at a Time
Lasting achievement is rarely created by one dramatic effort. It is built through small, purposeful actions repeated long enough to become a powerful force.

Consistency may be quiet, but its results eventually become impossible to ignore.
We often notice success only after it becomes visible. We see the completed book, the thriving organization, the respected leader, or the goal finally achieved. What we do not always see are the ordinary days that made the result possible.
Behind nearly every meaningful achievement are repeated acts of preparation, discipline, learning, service, and persistence. These actions may not attract attention in the moment, but they steadily create capability, confidence, and momentum.

    2. For my one meal a day, this is an easy choice. A generous plate of hot starch with rich banga soup loaded with fresh fish, snail and chicken. It has a good mix of protein, healthy fats and energy, so it keeps me full and satisfied for hours. Just plenty of water before and after, and I’m good till my next meal.

The Starch is prepared by mixing cassava starch with hot water, oil and stirring continuously until it becomes smooth, stretchy and firm. The banga soup is cooked with fresh palm fruit extract, fresh fish, snail, chicken, crayfish, pepper, onions, seasoning cubes, salt and traditional spices like beletete/oburunbebe, with fresh scent leaves added at the end for that rich aroma.๐Ÿคค

  8. Let me share my OMAD journey ๐ŸŒน
Two months ago, I started the OMAD (One Meal a Day) lifestyle, and the results have been worth it.
I start each day with two cups of water. Around 12-1pm, I have two boiled eggs with unsweetened green tea or ginger, cinnamon, and clove tea.
I snack on garden eggs most often. Then between 4:00–5:00 p.m., I enjoy a balanced meal of:
    1. vegetables with okra soup and agidi or
    2. Efo riro with oatmeal swallow or,
3 bitter leaf soup with one boiled unripe plantain.
I eat until I'm satisfied, not overly full.
And at night, I drink another cup of unsweetened green tea.
I have completely avoid soft drinks, fruit juice, bread, and sweets.
The result? I've lost 8 kg in just two months.
This journey has taught me that lasting weight loss doesn't come from starving yourself.it comes from consistency, discipline, and making better food choices every day.

Then, I take mixture of cucumber and apples with a little dressing of greek yoghurt when I close fro. Work around 9 p.m., some nights, I skip it.

  10. I've downloaded Michael since it was available but for some reason, I didn't want to watch on my phone. I'm home today, so i'm watching on TV and I'm so glad I didn't watch on phone. Even though I already know his history and some of the things that happened to him, I've laughed, smiles, danced, tapped my fingers, shed a little tear. Now I want to read a book of the same title and keep for my kids. I've always loved Michael and this movie made me miss him more.
There was a talk about naming another king of Pop some years ago, Usher and R. Kelly were mentioned. Great artists but no one can be like Michael.

My one meal a day (OMAD) will be toast bread with millo and milk. My toast bread which will be prepared with four slices of bread, two eggs, sardine, a little quantity of grounded fresh tomato, habanero pepper and onion, and margarine. I'll spread the bread with the margarine on one side of each slice of bread, put two slices on the toast machine, then put the grounded tomato on the bread and spread round, I'll add the sardine and also spread round and lastly break one egg each on each slice and cover with the other two slices and allow to toast. I'll take it with the beverages mentioned above, I'm good to go till the next day.

  38. My OMAD food suggestion goes like this.
Unripe plantain porridge cooked with spinach, deboned salmon fish, yellow pepper, crayfishh, onion and Palm oil.
Eat it with with vegetable salad made with lettuce, carrots, cabbage and two boiled eggs sliced into it before mixing with mayonnaise. Eat it around 12pm and drink a cup of chilled water. You are good to go as it contains all the classes of foods for a balanced diet.. You don't need any main meal again till the next day. Just snack on cucumber around 5pm or eat a slice of watermelon.

  39. Good afternoon blog family. Hope we are all doing good? I'm hoping it doesn't rain today so that my clothes can get dry
For my OMAD, I would have plantain pottage
Riped and unriped ones. I would be cooking it with a little palm oil, dried fish, scent leave and some fresh pepper. It is something I would love to have if I am to do OMAD and then have some watermelon ๐Ÿ‰
