Hon- Justice Monica Bolna’an Dongban-Mensem is from Plateau while the rest are Yorubas including the new NBA chairman.
ReplyDeleteI have nothing against them but the fact that they are mostly Yorubas seems to be a script that the Tinubu administration is maintaining and with the increased Judicial rascality, it is clear why.
"Scratch my back, I scratch yours; serve me well and I will take you places" says this current administration by their actions.
The other day, the lawyers were seen singing "On your mandate we shall stand".
Let me clarify some.of the points you raised.
DeleteAppointment of the Chief Justice is by seniority. When the immediate past CJ retired, Justice Kelere Ekun was next in line so it had nothing to do with Tinubu.
For the NBA, they rotate their Presidency between the West, the North and The East.
Lets look at the past 3 NBApresidents, we had Olumide Akpata representing the West, afer him we had Yakubu Mekyau from the North.and the current President - Afam Osigwe from the East, the cycle is naturally going back to the West , which is why all 3 contestants in this election are from the West, so again it has nothing to do with Tinubu that the new woman is yoruba.
For the Law school DG, that one is by appointment so I dont have any explanation
