In a candid conversation with Toke Makinwa on Toke Moments, Mercy said becoming a mother has become her strongest desire.
She explained that while marriage may not be her immediate priority, having a child is now at the top of her plans.
“Right now, I want a baby. I have prayed, I have fasted,” she said.
Mercy also addressed several rumours about her lifestyle, stressing that many of the stories circulating online are false. She dismissed claims that a man funds her lifestyle, insisting that nothing of the sort is true.
She also revealed that she has been in a committed relationship for four years. According to her, conversations about marriage have come up, but her partner keeps insisting she is not ready.
“He keeps saying I am not ready. I do not know what I am doing that makes him think I am not ready,” she said.
Mercy maintained that she is focused, intentional, and prepared for the next chapter of her life , especially motherhood.
