The FCT Police Command has arraigned Adimike Anthony, Adimike Stephany, and Comfort Ajibade before the FCT High Court for the alleged murder of Adimike Godwin in Guzape, Abuja.
Police said a distress call was received on May 15, 2026, and detectives found the deceased unconscious with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to Karu General Hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
Five suspects were initially arrested, but only Anthony, Stephany, and Ajibade were charged with criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide.
Anthony was also charged with entering a same‑sex civil union, while Stephany and Ajibade were jointly charged under the Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act.
The court ordered their remand at Suleja Correctional Centre and adjourned the case to September 30, 2026.
