The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC officials declared Accord Party winner of the polling unit 026 Ward 5, Oshogbo Local Government Area of the state.
While the Accord Party scored 57 votes, the All Progressives Congress, APC ganared 43 votes.
Results from polling units across the state have started trickling in.
Although there are reports of intimidation, vote buying and other electoral violence, the election has been going on successfully in many parts of the state.

ReplyDeleteWhen you see early results giving the win to an incumbent that's an opposition, know this that the rigging plan is already perfected. They give you false hope at the start so that when they do their worst, you won’t notice the handwriting all over it.
ReplyDeleteWe saw this exact script in Edo State. PDP was leading until the very last minute, when they used just one local government, Adams Oshiomhole’s LGA to do the dirty job.
Now they’ve started the same thing in Osun. Gov. Adeleke should be worried. Only a miracle can change what’s already been planned.

A friend from his state tried to discourage me from rooting for him, but I refused to listen. He mentioned that the governor favoured 'Ede', which is where the governor hails from, more than other parts of the state. Governor, I pray you win but please, try and extend works to other parts of the state.
