''Depression is real
He committed sųícíɗ£ on Wednesday this week at the Popular Ebrumede/DSC Roundabout by drinking snipper. He took a loan of 1.8 million for business which according to report didn't go well.
At the same time, he has been married for 3 years though he has no child at the moment...
Depression! Depression!! Depression!!!.
When he didn't return back to the house on Wednesday, the wife became worried as this does not represent her 40 years old husband.
Meanwhile, on the mid night of Wednesday 26th, Ogbeni forwarded same messages to few friends and family members that he was tired of life and wanted to end it all. They made efforts calling his phone but no one was picking, same night he didn't return home which got his wife worried.
All through yesterday, Thursday, efforts were made by the wife and family searching for him but to no avail.
The wife went to the police station this morning to report that her husband was missing only for the police in Ebrumede, Uvwie LGA to bring out a picture if it was the husband. She confirmed it seeing a picture of her husband's lifeless body along with snipper on the floor taken at Ebrumede Flyover Roundabout at the middle of the night before police evacuated the corpse to Agbaro mørtûąry.
Few persons who saw him took the substance raised alarm when he fell down to the ground jerking. They brought oil and tried to help out that mid night but it was late while the Nigeria Police Force arrived the scene. The wife collapsed immediately.
Nothing is worth taking your life my dear brother. The hardship in Nigeria is eating up on everyone outside the political class. I feel for this late young man and condemn his action to take his own life living the innocent wife, family and friends to carry the great weight of his demise.

ReplyDeleteI will never support suicide. But I also won’t judge anyone who chooses that path. Only God knows what they’ve been carrying for so long. What’s strange is how people only show up with concern after you’re gone. When people are honest about what they’re going through, they’re often mocked, bullied, or shamed. That’s how cruel we can be.
He may have asked for help and got none. Sometimes, fighting it all alone feels like the only choice left.

Indeed, everything is an option including suicide. Your reaction to suicide is learned, its sociocultural programming that death is negative and birth is positive which is not always true. People should have the right to end their lives. If you are tired, its ok to give up. Stop all these nonsense copying and pasting behaviours. Have the courage to think for yourselves. Gosh! No be say the life sweet una pass sef, see their mouths, sounding like a rehearsed bunch everytime
