    1. Grapefruit is known to lower the blood pressure but you have to make sure it does not get too low or you will have bigger problems. Have grapefruit daily for three weeks and see where you're at after that. You can eat the grapefruit or drink the juice whatever you prefer. It's not the tastiest citrus fruit out there but stick with it. Soursop leaf tea can help too but you cannot have it continuously, 8 days straight then a 2-3 weeks break and on again. Just make sure you keep monitoring it when you start any regimen.

    2. Please try zobo, cloves and cinnamon. Cook these together, you can add lemon grass to it, drink it for 1 week and check if there's changes. Alsoo, if you can get miracle leaf, it's very good, eat it with few pieces of groundnut

    3. Eat 2 pieces of miracle leaves a day, it reduces blood pressure 🌿🌿
Beetroot 🫜 blend & drink smoothie
      Zobo...boil, sieve & drink.

Limit processed carbohydrates that spike blood sugar e.g bread, spaghetti etc Eat whole grain carbs & root tubers like plantain, ofada rice, yam etc. For swallow, use plantain flour, guinea corn flour etc...eat with plenty leaf vegetable soup/sauce 🌿

    1. 100k interest payment every month for 1M? Nah, no bank will pay you that. That's like a 120% per annum interest rate.
For 1M, they can give you around 18% per annum interest rate; that should be like 15k interest payment every month.

  6. Hello everyone, please where can I get sesame seeds and pure kulinkuli oil in Lagos?

Also, where can I buy air fryer and portable iron.

And lastly, I want to buy original gas cylinder from a company, the smallest size. Where can I get from in Lagos, preferably the mainland or island. I don't want to buy from those shops by the road as I don't know which ones have been repainted and might be about to expire.

Please if you have any plugs let me know. And yes I'm new in Lagos.

    Thank you!

The meter is not damaged but officials from there said that batch has been phased out. They asked us to pay for a new one.
