Ubong, a realtor based in Richmond, Texas, landed on October 21, 2026 on a United Airlines flight from Houston. NDLEA officers searched her two checked‑in boxes and found 18 parcels of loud disguised as wrapped presents.
She told investigators the box was brought to her US home by her daughter and the daughter’s future brother‑in‑law, who allegedly asked her to deliver it in Nigeria to her daughter’s fiancĂ©, Jibola.
NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi questioned how a daughter could hand her mother a bag of illegal drugs wrapped as gifts to deliver across continents. He repeated the agency’s warning:
Never carry any luggage you have not personally checked. NDLEA will catch you.

She's obviously lying.
ReplyDeleteHow did she manage to escape the checks from the Houston airport, abi dem too don dey gba riba ni? Good job NDLEA.
ReplyDeleteMy exact question
DeleteBTW, if her story is true, then the daughter is from hell, akobani omo.
ReplyDeleteThe mother and daughter are obviously on the know about the illicit drugs.
ReplyDeleteNow, nobody should even get angry that a friend or family member refused carrying things for them abroad.
This one is trying to play smart.
ReplyDeleteDOZZYBEST.
How will she say she does not know?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, her bleached skin, hair, and eyelashes make her to look as though she is about that life. Her only saving grace is her line of work, if she is a licensed and active realtor it would be hard to believe that she would endanger her source of income. Although I do not know who takes packages of unknown items anywhere without demanding that they see what they are taking. Either she is telling the truth or she is one slick liar.
