Reality TV Star Uriel Shares Her Transformation Secrets

Uriel has shared what transformed her into looking how she looks now...if you are interested, please read to the end..

She shared
''Ladies, it’s never too late to transform yourself.
This picture is about 6–7 years old, and I want to share 10 things that helped me transform my appearance, health and overall well-being.

1. SKINCARE: My skin was one of the most important things I worked on. If you remember me from the Big Brother house, you’ll remember that I appeared darker. I’ve been accused of bleaching, but I became intentional about my skincare and stopped wearing makeup every day. Vitamin C, azelaic acid, tretinoin (with professional guidance) and sunscreen became important parts of my routine. Today, I’m confident enough to attend events without makeup! I started getting Botox from *********** 5 years ago No fillers.

2. HEALTH: I started addressing my PCOS, stress and overall well-being.

3. NUTRITION: I became intentional about my diet and protein intake. Chicken, fish, eggs, sweet potatoes and bulgur wheat became staples. I cut out Red oil/ fried food… swapped pounded yam for cabbage swallow..

4. STRESS MANAGEMENT:
I learnt to protect my peace and walk away from situations that weren’t good for me.

5. EXERCISE:
I incorporated regular exercise and strength training.

6. HYDRATION:
I became more intentional about drinking enough water.

7. SLEEP
: I prioritised rest and recovery.

8. CONSISTENCY:
I stopped looking for overnight results and committed to the process.

9. SELF-CARE:
I became more intentional about taking care of myself, inside and out.

10. MINDSET
: I started doing it for ME, not for anybody else.

Ladies, transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Be patient with yourself, stay consistent and give yourself grace. You’d be surprised how much your life can change when you start prioritising yourself.
