ReplyDeleteI have struggled with my weight as well and I can tell you that working out does not make you "add more weight" unless you are referring to the increase in her muscle mass.Muscle weights more than fat,and at a certain point,when she stops starving herself,her weight wiLl gradually decrease.My bones are big as well and I have gone from a size 18 to a size 12 through hard work and dedication (eating better and working out).I will never presume to tell another human being how to live their life.We all make choices on how we want to live and as long as you do what makes you happy then so be it.That is all...#Go green
