It's on a large expense of land, akin to a farm house and he has a few horses as well. He's had the house since the '80s. FAN's property portfolio is splattered all over Belgravia, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Finchley + office buildings in the City and Central London. He can live where he wants but he's loyal to his casa in Essex.
