      Obesity is a global epidemic, even 10 yr olds are becoming obese. What is wrong with this woman releasing a workout video to encourage people to exercise for their health? Many women who have given birth do not let themself go just because they gave birth, my own mother and aunt have maintained a good weight despite having children I was doing workout videos in my teens and I was nowhere close to having a child, but I knew working out was important. If you too lazy to exercise just say you lazy, but don't use motherhood as a cover.
