President Jonathan Says He Will Not Disappoint Nigerians As PDP Endorses Him As Sole Presidential Candidate.

President Goodluck Jonathan said he is humbled by his endorsement as the sole candidate by all the organs of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The President had been endorsed by party’s Governors Forum, the Board of Trustees as well as the National Executive

Reacting to the development, Jonathan who expressed his joy, promised not to disappoint the party, his supporters and Nigerians in general.

His words: “Let me really say that the events of yesterday, starting with BoT meeting last night and what has just happened today, with the various motions adopting me as sole candidate of the party has really humbled me.
“Let me specially thank our governors that initiated that action, let me thank members of BoT, let me thank the Senate President and members of the National Assembly, let me appreciate the PDP women for their position and the NEC, because no matter whatever anybody does, if not the NEC, you will be on your own.

”Adopting me as the sole candidate of the party has humbled me; I am totally overwhelmed. When the governors came up in a jointly signed paper, though House of Representatives started it, governors’ intervention was like an atomic bomb, I commend all departments of the NEC.

“I am so overwhelmed that I lack words to express myself. I leave it for another day. For today, for you to have that kind of confidence, I am extremely challenged. It means that whatever we had done in the past three years, we triple it. That is the only way Nigerians will appreciate it. I promise I will not disappoint you”.

*I am like a raped akunakuna waiting anxiously for my wedding night and hoping my grooms libido can match my raging sexual appetite.I wait for you to enter the bedroom President Jonathan.....I wait to see that you do not disappoint me and other Nigerians who are wearing the same shoes of expectations.

    1. Nigerians and sentiments. Can you,Ihekire Tony, name one significant thing he has done since he became the president?(Emphasis on "significant). It is because of gullible people like you that Nigeria will always remain at level zero. It is really sad and pitiable, looking at the way things are going,Nigeria is a totally failed state. Only a divine intervention can change the course of things. Still@ Tony, can you boast of constant power supply where you live? How long did it take you to get a befitting job?(that is if you even have one). Can you honestly say you and your folks and siblings are living well above average(or you probably one of those politian's son who knows nothing about the real and current situation of the common man)....i could go on and on. Wake up dude, stop living in denial, yes!Things are as bad as you hear and see. Wake up Nigerians, this gej is probably the worst thing to have happened to this country. Accept or nah,na the truth i don yarn so. Peace out.

    2. Mr man, can u pls shut ur traps pls. Everyone knows Jonathan has disappointed and failed a million times, it's only fools and people being fed directly by him would support him. Yorubas and Hausas would never vote for this failure of a man. It has been hell in the country for the past 5 years.

  17. I hope he doesn't get in there for a second time. His administration has brought the worst kind of untold hardship to the common man. If the "first term" in which he hopes for votes to get him in a second time is this way, what then should we expect if he gets in again and doesn't need your votes? Nigeria will be completely BROKE should he be re-elected.

  18. Bn endorsed by PDP dosnt mean he wld win.so keep on. The only way this clown wins is if it's not a true n fair election.

  20. I love Nigeria but why can't our Rulers copy from other developed countries? I mean can't Naija just be like UK, US, UEA etc or even better? Each time I visit UEA nd Uk I always have this hatred for our politicians. God will so punish all our wicked, selfish, heartless politicians nd any of their children showing off to the poor nd in support of their wicked heart! Gosh I'm so pained this morning.. one spend so much money to travel abroad to do one thing or the other just cos it can't be done properly in my country! So so pissed

  21. Even a goat as d incumbent president would get and overwhelming endorsement. No be Naija again. Politics of d stomach. If something happens to GEJ all of a sudden now all will endorse Sambo. Shameless leaders, weak populace. Johnathan will be president from 2015-2019 but Nigerians brace up 4 suffering. U will neva hv it so bad. D country will be worse dan hell fire. U know y? Bc dis man does not hv it in him to deliver. And to all my friends and relatives dat support GEJ, I hv one message 4 u "please stop asking me of money". U got served

  24. You have disappointed Nigerians already.Enough of all ur empty promises GEJ. Now power supply is a bit stable just like it was when he was planning to contest 4 yrs ago.....after election,,we would be back to d usual blackout. But Nigerians are easily carried away with little things and quick to forget stuffs like this.....If only we could have a free and fair election....i am very sure GEJ is not d presidential candidate of majority of Nigerians whether he is PDP's sole candidate or not. Till then.....God bless Nigeria.
