INEC Conducts Training For Ad-hoc Staff Under Mango Tree.

This pic was taken around 12noon today under a  Mango tree in Ado-Odo area of Ogun State.
This kind of training would beat the chest of any responsive citizen owing to the billions of naira that has been catalogued in logistics for training and re-training of Adhoc-staff.

Corps members who thronged the venue of the training early in the morning were disappointed as the training which was scheduled to start by 8am didn't commence until 11am.

The commission later resorted to training the copers under the tree as there was no proper venue for the training. The INEC training which was supposed to commence yesterday 5th February 2015 was postponed for undisclosed reasons.

Is under a mango tree the right place to conduct this kind of training?
