Somehow I don't understand the need for this doctors section really..

When you think something is wrong then something is wrong. Rush to the hospitals and meet up consultants thay will attend to you instead of coming here without solutions or guess works which might end up not been your case..

Just saying. Health is wealth.

Madam, hospitals are still existing o.

We need to know how old you are in order to determine if it is menopause or not. At what age did you start menstruating? Do you have any gynaecological problems? You give us all these information, and we will definitely be able to tell you what you need to know.
Meanwhile, you need to see your gynaecologist for further advise and testing....@@@@@BiaBia 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

Some people sha.

What if I tell you to go take Gboko bitters or Onugbu, and your period will become regular?

I'm sure that the antibiotics you took, were OTC, abi?

There are things one doesn't just joke with, especially, stuff that has to do with your reproductive system.

I don't comment on this section anymore, as most of the problems in it, are about stuff that requires expert assessment and physical examination.

Biko, carry yourself to the hospital, before its too late, and don't take anything recommended for you on here o.

The term ‘amenorrhoea’ literally means ‘the absence of periods’. It may seem like a fairly straightforward diagnosis – either you have periods, or you don’t. However, amenorrhoea is not a diagnosed condition, but a symptom of another problem. There are a wide variety of reasons why you may not be having periods, and you must always take steps to find out what is causing your amenorrhoea.
There are many possible causes of amenorrhea, including the following:
1. Pregnancy - If a woman is pregnant her period will cease.
2. Changes in weight – Girls who lose or gain a lot of weight may have no periods or skip periods because she does not have the right balance of foods to keep her body healthy.
3. Disordered eating – Many girls will develop amenorrhea if they are too thin (low BMI), have anorexia nervosa, bulimia, or other disordered eating such as using vomiting or excessive dieting to control weight.
4. Exercise – Girls who participate in sports such as running or gymnastics or in activities such as ballet often have athletic amenorrhea.
5. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) – Girls with PCOS may have no periods or irregular periods.
6. Obesity – Being more overweight makes a girl more likely to have irregular menstrual periods.
7. Endocrine problems – Low or high thyroid hormone, too little or too much adrenal hormones such as cortisol, and too much prolactin, a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland in the brain, can cause amenorrhea.
8. Chronic illness – Girls with many diseases such as Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, sickle disease, lupus, diabetes, and others may have irregular menstrual periods or amenorrhea
9. Medications and herbs – Some medications can cause amenorrhea. 10. Ovary problems – Sometimes the ovaries do not make enough estrogen to cause periods because of a genetic problem such as Turner syndrome
11. Birth control make you more likely to have no periods or skip periods.

Its time to see your doctor since its 6 months that you last saw your period. A comprehensive medical test will be conducted to ascertain the problem.

You don't use contraceptives; what are you using? What have you been doing with your vagina? You are probably not married and you did not state your age or how many abortions you have done; so how can one really offer solutions?

Once anything affects vagina, women hide inside their shells and begin to abuse drugs. Why not see a doctor and provide him with all the information needed to help you. A doctor is not a judge and he will not condemn you but treat you.

Thank you. I wonder why some of them don't even bother to visit any hospital and come here to take advice from someone you don't know concerning your health.

Is not normal, you need to see your doctor, you are suppose to see your period every month except when you are pregnant. Since you intend to give birth in future, is better you get it treated now to avoid stories that touch.

Don't mind them.

Elena, how would you like to be called stupid too? Can't you give a simple advise without insulting people? And you call yourself a damn professional. How do you treat your patients, surbodinates, and peers? Shame on you. I'll hate to encounter people like you in real life, either on the job or at social events. Piece of shit. We all joke here but you take it too far sometimes. Stella post my comment.
