@Miyake, even if you have their real names posted here, you can't trace them on Facebook because there are many people on Facebook bearing the same names, infact all three names, sometimes up to 30 different people, male and female.

In spiritual realm it represents ur prayer life. How is your communication with heaven like? If your screen break, you will find it difficult to communicate with people without asking who are you etc. And more so it will cost you to replace it. Watch what you have so that you don't loose it. ReplyDeleteAnother one use lemon,squeeze it and rub the squeeze juice on the area, leave it for 10min then wash with cold water.try all these for a month or 2 .

Office brouhaha between an Amebo staff, a telemundo avid watcher/front desk officer, a local roaming dick staff and an untrained violent wife was funny in a not so humorous way.
Secondly, your office needs to put a new management in place and also get a security person at the gate if you don't have one.
Thirdly, if the company's HR rules does not frown at colleagues having affairs then they didn't break any rules except from a moral point of view.
Now my advise, dear Poster, you should have handled that tactfully and with diplomacy. This is an office and not a market place. This is someone's business for crying out loud. I am sure your job description does not even involve mediating on marital issues and even when you did contrary to that, you still handled it poorly and in a distasteful manner. If I were the MD, I would have to really really advise you not to try that next time.
Your MD needs to recruit a competent HR personnel to educate all of you on the ABC's of HR practices. Also, your company needs to put down rules that frowns at colleagues dating or marrying each other. If they must, one should leave. So you don't turn your place of business in to a brothel.
The issue is not whether the wife is right or the front desk person is wrong. The issue is that you allowed such altercation to take place in the office and even subconsciously encouraged it.
You, my dear poster, should never try that next time. Maybe you have an understanding with your MD so he was lenient with you. There are places if such silliness happens, you, Poster will be seriously reprimanded.
