ANOTHER DIAMOND BANK COMPLAINT
Dear Mrs Korks,
Hope this mail meets you well.
This issue of diamond bank stealing customers money is getting out of hand.
I did an atm withdrawal on 10/1/2017,got my accurate debit alert ,2days later,I had some money credited into my account and when the alert came in my money was 20k short.
Got alarmed asked for a bank statement ,and my 20k had no trail of leaving my account,it practically vanished!
Made a formal complaint and they tried to trace the money back to my point of last withdrawal (another bank's ATM),but the bank declined.
nobody at my branch would answer me,so I called head office.
the customer service was dodgy and after several calls,the last answer I got was ; they are investigating...I tried calling them in April,sent complaint on instagram (dm), and till now 22/05/2017,no response..
one fine day,I'll pour the very last of my patience and civility in a large cup,stir it, drink it and go mad(literally) in Diamond bank,Gwarinpa branch.

I need some advice from your readers because at this moment I don't know what to decide on.it goes thus,I graduated with 2.2 grade point exactly 2.45 cgpa,I came from a struggling family with know one to look up to except my God father who was like a father figure to me and my siblings since the death of my parents.he is wealthy but has his own family to take care of...
sometimes I feel very reluctant to demand somethings from him which he always encourages me to do without hesitation.i don't know what our lives could have been without him.the issue now is that he wants me to go further my education in Canada so i will be able to take up the responsibility of helping my younger ones after graduation.he asked me to look for school that will accept me for masters degree or pgd.
I have been searching but the ones I saw only offer admission to students with 3.0 and above.pls any bv that knows any university or college that can enrol me should please help a sister out,even student living there should please help me out .i don't want to lose this opportunity.my God father has done alot for me already concerning this,he paid for my passport and toefl exam.

Now they deduct large sums from people's account without reasonable explanation. Imagine deducting money for card maintenance, even when the card is not being used. I no know whu send them maintenance for card.
