Breakfast Time - Joghurt Things!

Breakfast should be easy.....Dont eat too much....

I am starting a Natural Lactose free Joghurt diet from today......I eat Joghurt all day if I must and then one meal per day with lots of water....I saw someone it worked for.............I am not fat but I really want to be very Skinny....Like Victoria Beckham,LOL.

Has anyone ever thought of using quaker oats to make moin moin......you can blend until it becomes powdery and then do it same way you do powdery beans flour.Its a suggestion that i might try out tomorrow.

If you have tried it before let us know please...

What's the obsession with being skinny bikonu. Skinny people wants to add weight, those with flesh are struggling to be skinny on and on the circle goes.I still fit into my cloths from four years back.
My breakfast is boiled groundnut.

My hubby's love for you is something crazy. Like he can eat yam thru out the week
Monday = yam and egg sauce
Tuesday = yam porridge
Wednesday = yam and vegetable with ugba
Thursday = yamarita
Friday = fried yam and peppered sauce
Saturday = boiled yam and fish stew
Sunday = boiled yam and fried palm oil, a lot of pepper, onions and seasoning.

This is how bad he likes yam. Give him like this thru out the week and he will be saying thank you. Any mixture at all

Fab Mum said...

I wonder how I never ate acha all thru my stay in the north. How depends it taste? Washing it will be hard. I assume there will be a lot of dirt in it

Gemmie said...

Thanks Quikie. 😁😁

SWAG LAFRESH said...

The sand in acha no be small. Washing it is very difficult.

The first day I tasted it, I thought I was eating sand. I just prepared it without wash properly.

The taste depends on what you use it for.

Happy heart you are a Ghanaian okay, which sensible Nigerian put garri inside rice and spaghetti. Ghana don really blend you into their system. You were even lying the other day that 129ghc can take you a whole month unless you eat only ghana food and even at that, the money will not go anywhere. I stay in Ghana and is hell over here, there prices of food is double sometimes tripple when compared to Nigeria food stuff e.g carton of 120gram indomie is 65cedes while in Nigeria is just 3000k

Anonymous said...

Which keto group?
Oat is not compliment abeg

Fab Mum said...

Hahahaha @umu nnunu@abamade

@pearl, I'm sure if I blend it and give him to drink he will. Lmao.

@bonny,you will wipe the poison off cracked me up.

I use to think he was weird. I like yam but not like being comfortable eating it thru out the week
