Gunmen Storm Magu's House After He Declares Corruption War Is ''A Do Or Die Affair''

Unknown gunmen last night attacked the residence of the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ibrahim Magu, leaving a police man attached to the house killed.




According to The Nation, the gunmen stormed Magu’s farmhouse in Karshi in the Federal Capital Territory at about 10pm Tuesday and exchanged fire with the policemen on duty.

It was also gathered some suspects had been issuing threats to the family house in Borno State.
The threats led to the deployment of policemen to the uncompleted bungalow in Karshi.

This latest attack came barely 48 hours after Magu said the anti-corruption will be a do-or-die affair.
Recall that Magu, had declared that the fight against corruption in Nigeria is a “do or die affair.”

    1. This is a made-up story by Magu and his cohorts. Trying to deceive the masses into believing they're truly fighting corruption.
      Why would the gunmen attack an uncompleted building knowing fully well that Magu was not there.
      APC promised us bread but gave us stones. So sad.

  6. Magu is a liar, why would any assailant attack an uncompleted house where he is not living? Why are policemen guarding his uncompleted house? The so called slain policeman has no name ko? Apc and lies. Deception.
