  1. The best way is to prevent it happening NATIONWIDE ever again

Government did you learn any lessons from these and past incidents or are you waiting for it to happen again to share apathy filled condolences?

    1. In the 80s and 90s, heavy duty vehicles including the pms ones were instructed to move between 8/10pm to 6am or so for the same safety reasons. Anyone breaks the rule will be heavily fined and the vehicle with goods/products will be impounded for a period of time. Well, Nigeria has gone haywire.

    2. Not a bad idea. It would be costly, maybe some of the oil manufacturers can pitch in for their own transportation network.

  4. I past there and what I saw was horrible. I think tankers should be made to transport their products at night just like it was done in Onitsha years back. Things like this will be averted.

May God grant their soul eternal rest.
