It is well
ReplyDeleteEven on this your ranting you" I go save" still BEG too
ReplyDeleteBegging is a big city phenomenon.
ReplyDeleteThank you for staying the obvious. In virtually every big city I've visited across the world, there are people begging. Whether it's fine bara at the airport or people in front of shopping mallet/ grocery stores in busy parts of the city. Despite programmes like social welfare the dole etc, people still do it. May God continue to prosper us and give us he spirit of discernment to know when to respond.
DeletePeople who confess negativity will say it is a government that makes people steal/beg etc. they don't realise they are consenting to be victims of such nonsense. If you agree with it, are you ready to receive it? There is a God that rains manna from the sky and quail to nourish his beloved in the desert where there's no hope of survival. He remains the same.
BuLaBa don turn it's citizens to Bambiala.
ReplyDeleteDOZZYBEST.
It is Well ooo
ReplyDeleteHello iya Boys
Hmmm 😔😔😔
ReplyDeleteIt's not a good culture at all to beg total strangers. My friends visited Nigeria recently and complained about it. These are people who are widely traveled, even to other developing countries and they haven't seen anything like it. It was coercive begging, aggressive in some instances. And even when you're trying to do something serious or open your purse for something, there's someone ready to beg. It is obscene.
ReplyDeleteWhen they are left with no choice what do you expect them to do?
ReplyDeleteTo steal?
I don't have problem with people begging...
I only have issues with chronic beggers who pride and derive pleasure in begging like it's their birth right. With entitlement mentality. Couple with deceit and lies just to achieve their aim.
Begging of a thing get branches. The road plenty.
It's not peculiar to only Nigeria though. There are beggars everywhere in the world. But naija own is worst with passion.
ReplyDeleteMany people beg in Nigeria because of economic hardship.
ReplyDeleteSome people beg, because they are sick, either in the head or in their body.
Many who cannot beg are into hookup, ritual killing, kidnapping, fraud, etc.
Men, whom God created to build the society, are selfish and utterly corrupt.
I see in my mind the emergence of a new society where no Nigerian will go to bed hungry or beg for food anymore.
By the mercies of God this dream shall bevome s reality by January 2027.
Stella, please post; I need to screenshot this comment for motivation.
Try to help those you can help cos people are going through a lot presently.Begging is better than stealing. It has really not been easy for a lot of people recently.Am talking from experience.
ReplyDeleteNot only in pulic places, even here on social media platforms! And most of those begging are married ooo.
ReplyDeleteNigerians beg even when they have money....our people love getting something for nothing, they see it as a part of 'hustling'
