    1. Give them photocopy of the C of O. If you don't have that, give them photocopy of the available documents like registered survey plan or Red copy, when the buyer pays and you see money in your account, you will release the original documents to the buyer

      Delete
    2. Search for real estate firms or property lawyers around the location of the property, they will guide you.

      Delete
    3. look for real estate firms oh, do not give any how estate firm any of your documents. Make sure you have done your own due diligence before you can hand them over your photocopy documents. All Original documents, C of O should be with you till you have gotten your correct alert before you hand them over.

  2. Good afternoon beautiful people.
I did change of name and age on NIN. Now my bank is asking me to bring documents that carry my new age. In which I don't have. Is there anything I can do .
Am currently serving and because of this I don't have access to my alawee.

    1. Do you have the NIN App on your phone? If you do, check if your Bio-Data reflects the new name and age; then you can print it out.on a white plastic card and use it as your ID Card.

    2. Can you remember the bank you enrolled for BVN? Go to any branch of that bank with a copy of the NIN carrying you new name and age and tell them you want to rectify your NIN and BVN. You will be required to swear an affidavit.

      Delete
    3. I faced the same problem recently. Go to a court and get an affidavit, then take it to the bank for further action. Without an affidavit, there is nothing the bank will do for you.

    4. Thank you all.
I have done everything they ask me. Except where they said I should bring my WASCE or neco that carry my new age. Na dat one I no get. I changed my age from 93 to 97. It's too much?

    1. Just got to a LICENSED Spa and remove them.
I removed mine over 3 years ago and the effect was amazing.
I don't know if it grows with age but it definitely ages the face, especially since it's usually mature/older people who get it.

      Delete
    2. Yes, they increase as you age. Like the other poster said, just go to a spa and they can burn them off. My sister had it done about 7 years ago and they never came back. It shouldn’t be overly expensive but it is worth it.

      Delete
    3. Going to a licensed spa cannot be over emphasised.
No let Noimot Ikeja underbridge turn your face to all those untarred roads in Okoko. And don't fall for those silly over priced Lekki studios that that are just fronts for incompetent people
Go online, read reviews. Ask questions.
Removed mine a few years ago and they haven't returned.

  4. Hello everyone. Who has gotten pregnant without her husband releasing inside them before? No, we didn't use protection but it has always worked for us until now.
Ana also what gender did you have with this situation?

    ReplyDelete

    1. XX chromosomes are fast swimmers as per gender. As per pregnancy, one doesn't need an ocean of spermatozoa to conceive. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉

      Delete
    2. This happened to a friend of mine, according to the gist, the guy cummed on her V.
I don't think that has anything to do with gender.

      Delete
    3. Yea,of course..so many instances that I know of.

Your body is more like a magnet during those ovulation period, even the smell of sperm can get you pregnant(not literally but you get the point😊).

So best option is to track your Flo using the flo app, then on days you are ovulating or close to ovulation, you use condom or stay off segxx, then the days you are free you enjoy yourself.

      Congrats on your Pregnancy Ma'am.

  6. Someone told me that she knew someone that had eye surgery. During the process his eye ball was removed and inserted in a chemical for hours.
Then the eyeball was later stitched back and his vision is now clear than before.Could it be true??... Just asking

    3. 😯😯😯
Check Google if it's possible. If it is, it'll be written there. What was the person trying to treat?

      Delete
    4. It's true. My boss showed us on her phone. She does not use glasses anymore. The surgery was done in Victoria island. A white man was the one who performed the surgery.

      Delete
    5. That can’t be. The only ophthalmological surgery that removes the eyeball is enucleation. The procedure is irreversible and the person most likely loses his/her eyesight.

Maybe the person is telling you about an orbital implant. Which is just a prosthesis and not real. Or they did a vitrectomy to remove cloudy lens, in that case his vision will improve.

We have six muscles and some nerves that control the movement of the eye, how will the surgeon reattach them after removing the eyeball?

  9. I have two girls that are very beautiful that people turn heads when they see them, even little children, I thank God for that but the problem be say people will always ask if they are twins, even their school mates say they look much alike.

People don't t believe they aren't twins and some people already call them twins without asking.

I'm just tired of people asking .

If I tell you my story, you won't believe. I married very late but all in all, do not give up on God. Yes you!

    1. Are they of the same height??

    2. 'Very late' according to who?
      Whose timetable are you following?
There are those who married before you and are DEAD.
Those who married before you and are DIVORCED.
Better be thankful for your timeline sbs stop comparing yourself to others people's clocks and testimonies.

    3. Put your energy elsewhere. Have you seen Jordyn Woods and her sister? They are at least five years or more apart in age and look like twins, literally the same face.

      Delete
    4. My dear, stop bothering yourself about what people are saying....if they ask too much, say they're twins. So you can rest. Lol

    5. How old were you, when you got married?

    1. If you are in Lagos,go to Alaba international market, ask for St Patrick Catholic church and stop there.

The whole of the environ is filled with various coys into haulage business.

Take your time and visit each, then ask questions to their manager.

Most people cunningly ask for sales rep offer or assistant, cos they handle the books and all,so they can learn and earn salary, while some pay outright to learn the Job.

      Hope this helps

      Mr Gecko
      Sniper insecticide spray

      Delete
    2. Infact ehn. It's as though they added sugar and beverage and come chop to the so called insecticide.
Such nonsense that they are selling these days.

      Delete
    3. Get BNC (it’s in a red can with white cover) it’s what I use now and it’s way better than the other ones I had been trying ie gecko, read a dream and the rest.

      Delete
    4. I use Mr Gecko, it's affordable & it works.

      Delete
    5. @Anon 15:15,go with the options Phoenix mentioned.

The trick is don't use them forever, because it's as if Naija mosquito gets used to it at a point.

For example, use Read A dream first, when it finishes, switch to Mr Gecko and another time, you use Sniper brand.

The goal.is to confuse the mosquitoes😉

      @MARTINS

    6. BNC doesn’t do shiii! It’s perfume to mosquitoes

  12. Pls mothers, what do you use in moisturising your babies. Mine has dry skin and I’m currently using coconut oil but I don’t think it’s enough. Also what mild soap can I use? She’s six months old

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes like Phoenix said, ori is natural & good for babies.
You can use Jimpo shea butter cream too. Cussons baby soap is fine.

      Delete
    2. Cusson soap is very okay.

If money isn't an issue,go for Sebamed.

Both would give you great result and are mild.

      @MARTINS

    3. For the moisturiser,Jimpo Ori is good as well..it's Shea butter and has great reviews

If money isn't an issue also,Sebamed lotion got you.

But na so so okrika I dey see.
Not that it's bad, but that's not what I planned to purchase.

    1. Hypo toilet wash does it for me

    2. Use Hypo bleach, it whitens the surface. Just pour a little quantity inside, leave it for minutes, then wash it off .
      Watch your toilet sparkling

      Delete
    3. The toilet Hypo is very good..

please don't mix Hypo with other chemicals,Harpic and the likes;it choked and can k*ll..

Use one at a time if need be

    4. I treated my well, so the water was hardwater for a period of time. When you flush, the water trails left brown lines, viva soap and hypo, soaking, washing nothing has worked. Hypo didn't work for me. Maybe because I wasn't using it weekly.

    5. 16:43, go to a shop where they sell building materials and buy tiles cleaning chemical. Apply it and leave for some time before washing off . Cover your nose and hands while using it.
That is what all those who clean new sites use.

    6. Fresh petals thanks for the advice.

    7. Anon::16:43.
You have to be washing it regularly with toilet brush and detergents. You don't have to use Hypo everyday to wash.
I always recommend Hypo, it does magic.

    1. The biggest market for Perfumes in Nigeria is at Trade fair international market in Lagos..

If you get to Mile 2,it's a bus from there, when at Trade fair under bridge which is where your bus(from mile 2) will stop, just enter bike and ask they take you to where perfumes are sold..

All the International brands are there, even the popular Lattafa brands in vogue now have their plaza there.

That's where every wholesaler literally goes to buy, then add their profit.

For the Pawn aspect,I doubt they would re-buy from you in Tradefair, except you look for an end user like yourself online who might be interested, because the Tradefair wholesalers have a quota to meet up with,so goods are much.

      Hope this helps.

      @MARTINS

    2. You can also just tell the Okada in Tradefair to stop you at ABIA gate, then when you are there;ask people around directions to ENUGU plaza..

On your way to Enugu Plaza, you can also checkout IMO Plaza,Abuja Plaza,Rivers Plaza and others, they are all wholesalers for Various perfume brands.

They would even put you through as a beginner, cos they know a JJC when they see one(you can't hide it much)..

Wishing you all the very best, and I hope this helps.
