DiddyGATE Trial- Week 5 Day 3 - Jane Doe Testmony Torn Apart By Defence

It's how this trial tosses one's opinions.
Just yesterday, we listened to Jane Doe talk about being used.
But now it's looking like she was okay with the frkoffs, until she felt like the other girls were being prioritized over her!

So here's the rundown.

At a new year's party in 2022, she had a frkoff with Diddy.
Afterwards, he left for vacation with Gina.
Jane Doe was pissed.

A text read: "You tell me you love me and I'm your baby, you send me to the doctor, and then you take another b---h on vacation?"

Diddy wrote back, "you're welcome to leave."
She didn't reply subsequent texts from him, until her birthday weekend in February.

She wrote: "it's my birthday weekend, you ain't showing me any love" (she wanted money).
He sponsored her bday celebration at a restaurant though he wasn't there.

After her birthday, Diddy took Yung Miami on a yacht vacation on Turks and Caicos Island and Jane Doe got upset (cos that's what she wanted. Their birthdays are just 3 days apart).

She texted him, "I see an entire vacation home and a private jet, I'm sure that's why you paid for my birthday because you had other plans."
"Ninja, if you don't get your a-z-z out of that m0'f---king island you ain't getting no frkoff" (she was using the frkoff as collateral).

Diddy quicky left the Island.

As soon as he got back, she set up a frkoff. The suite was decorated with red roses and balloons (twas Valentine's Day) proposed they do TWO MEN at the same time.

Diddy was excited.
The defence was like hol'up girl, you said no frkoff, next minute you arranged for one? She said "yes" (Uhm, okay).

Another one took place a month later with two dudes at Nobu hotel.
While they were there, she saw Gina on IG with the same 'love' bracelet that she had (Diddy makes his women wear that).

What further aggravated her was that he made her delete photos of her fine dining at Nohbuh, he didn't want anyone to find out that they were an item.
Meanwhile, Gina and Yung Miami didn't have such restrictions.

Jane's text: I've been having cr_zy fantasies about you and Leo. (She's always leading conversations with her hoo-ha, yet she wanted to be more than that)

Diddy: Oh, are you h-√ny or it's just me?

Jane Doe: I'm h-√ny

Diddy: See if the Italian is free after we have some alone time.
The defence said, "see, it wasn't just the frkoffs, he wanted to spend time alone with you." (Trying to prove that he valued her).
From the data the defence had, on some days there were no hotel nights - contrary to her testimony that there were hotel nights (frkoffs) everytime they met.

Jane Doe: I want to get a little vibe
Diddy: A night?
Jane Doe: A night like what?
Diddy: You have planned something for me?
Jane Doe: I know what you want but I'm not in the mood.
Diddy: ALL GOOD
(the point the defence made here was that there was no pressure from him, as against what she'd made us believe. And this was 2 months after their last frkoff!)

JULY 2022

Diddy: I'm just j€rking my d--- thinking of how n--$ty you can be.
Jane Doe: I'm so excited, what are you think about?
Diddy: Call Italiano or Paul
(And they finally had their hotel night after 3 months. So again, was it really all the time?)

She was the one who bought the items for the frkoffs.
For starters, matching shorts for the men, including Diddy.
When asked why, she said, "it was so hard to find them attractive, I didn't want them to come in their regular clothes" 
She'd also buy rhino p!lls.

They asked "if you didn't want to be hurting why did you buy the p/lls"?
She said it makes them get h-@√d faster.
She'd buy whips too.

Diddy: Hell yeah. Can you do it? I'm with Paul right now, we're about to workout (Paul is his personal trainer turned frkoff buddy)

Jane Doe. Hair up and ready
Diddy: Do you wanna hit up Italiano?
Jane Doe: No
Diddy: We'll just use Paul.

Two frkoffs done and dusted, she expressed gratitude to Diddy in a text and said she'd always be by his side.

Defence: You knew Diddy was dating Yung Miami, didn't you?
Jane Doe: Yes
(I guess they're trying to point out that she wasn't led on by him)

JANE DOE'S BIRTHDAY
"Can you send me something for my birthday"? She texted.
He gave her $15k and paid for a private room and a restaurant, although in court she made it seem like she was better than that.
In a text she said, "I don't want Nobu, I'm stuck in their hotel, bar, and restaurant."
She wanted to move around and probably be seen flexing on a rich dude's money like Yung Miami and Gina.
(Btw, go check out Nobu and see how greedy this woman was)

You said that you go along with everything Diddy wants, right?
The defence pulled up receipts of her setting up a birthday frkoff with ezkort Cabrawl (aka Chef) at 2:40 am. It was her idea.

Chef texted Jane Doe: "that was the r--ghest night we had. You took every in¢h of in your c-vity"
She replied "that was one for the books." 
Just to spice that up the petty defence goes, "Do you remember telling the government that you enjoyed Cabrawl and you were freer with him"?
Jane Doe:
They also brought up text messages of her saying they were doing so good, until Gina came into the picture.

For a while she refused to see him because of her (this same Gina girl that triggered Cassie and Yung Miami).

Defence: You wanted to breakup with him because of Gina, right?
Jane Doe: No, I wanted to breakup with him many times (Nope! Because of Gina)
They played a video of Diddy sweet talking her after they'd gone through a rough patch in their 'frkationship'.
In between neck kizzez, he said, "I was going through a dark hole and you saved me."
Girl was blushing and awwing "oh daddy... Darri... You're so funny..."
She looked so happy.
At that point, his most recent baby mama walked out of the courtroom.

Defence: Do you remember telling the government that Diddy would write Cassie love letters when he's high?

Jane Doe: Maybe, could be true.

Defence: Do you remember saying Gina tormented Cassie and Diddy's relationship?

Jane Doe: Yes
In conclusion, Diddy treated her the way he got her.
He was talking to her girlfriend before she jumped at him.
She was with his homie before him.
Plus, he doesn't like her baby daddy.
Diddy is a w€i√do, yes.
But who's going to take someone like that seriously?
She took 3, 4 d¥des like a champ.
It wasn't a problem, until a smarter hustler like Yung Miami was getting luxury gifts and flown out for vacations, and Gina was Gina-ing.
Then the frkoff became a bargaining chip.
She wanted to be number one but he wouldn't make her that.
I believe that's her real pain.
