Thelma Lawson: “This new life is expensive.”
Interviewer: “Why is it expensive?”
Thelma: “Because you are showing up for events. I came out of the house and found out that I was named ‘the most fashionable.’ Now, I have an audience that wants to see what Thelma is wearing.
“So, it’s expensive. Also, because I have a business that requires constant restocking, it’s very, very overwhelming.”

ReplyDeleteShe has to look good , not repeating clothes and accessories, makeup and hair on point at all times. It can be so overwhelming financially and otherwise. This is why some fake it,while some do absurd things to keep up.
