Sad news 😞. Kaiii
ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace 💔
Was the snake eventually killed? So sad. May her soul find rest.
ReplyDelete© TEEJAY
I saw the picture of one killed. Reading that it was two snakes now is shocking. She reportedly drove herself to the hospital instead of lying still. But in a country with no emergency services I don't suppose it would have made any difference of sorts.
DeleteAbuja is expanding. More houses are being built in areas that wildlife formerly called home. Incidents like this may keep happening.
So sad
ReplyDeleteThe Nigerian Medical system failed her, Of course the hospital will defends itself as usual. So sad for a promising young lady. May the Lord comfort her loved ones.
ReplyDeleteAm telling you. Even trado-medicine are doing better.
DeleteIf it were in the village it happened, am sure she would still be alive.
So sad. May her soul rest in peace 🙏
ReplyDeleteTo find two cobras in a house is worrisome, such a beautiful lady. May God rest her soul and comfort her family.
ReplyDeleteA terrifying tragedy indeed! Jesus Christ!
ReplyDeleteJesus!😳 I no understand Like two snakes is she using them as pet or what how?🤔may God rest her soul though
ReplyDeleteNa wa for u o
DeleteChee yes some people keep cat, dog, even snakes as pet so i didn't say anything wrong here inugo
DeleteOr Is it the environment,God this is so sad😭
Two snakes 😮
ReplyDeleteSo many questions comes to mind. Pls we should be careful with houses we rent, some of their roofs are snake abodes. Fumigation & decluttering helps. May her soul rest well 😓
You are very correct my dear. The kind of sounds i always hear on my ceiling ehnn...I will just be wondering if someone is living in my ceiling. The big scorpion I saw in my bedroom nko. Like the biggest size of scorpion ever. How the fuck did it get inside? No holes anywhere. Na God save me oo and I give glory to him name.
DeleteOn another note, some people are advising that we get that medicine called Epa Ijebu, It is very good for both scorpion and snake bites. May God have mercy on us, amen.
This is just so sad and painful.
ReplyDeleteLord have mercy and rest her soul.
D way I have been carrying Torchlight these days after d news of her death ehn..
ReplyDeleteMay God rest her soul
may her soul rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace 🙏.
ReplyDeleteI feel horrible that this beautiful young woman had to die that way. Rest in peace and may your loved ones be comforted. I always heard that Abuja was a snake infested place, not only just the politicians but real snakes..
ReplyDeleteIf she lived in a complex it should have been built with snake fencing around the perimeter. I hope more homeowners consider installing snake fencing. Seems like they entered her home through some opening or were placed inside there maliciously. Was she in conflict with anyone? As for the hospital not having antivenin, I don’t think those little private hospitals generally have it, but the big major hospitals are expected to have it in stock. A few years back I read somewhere that one of the major producers stopped production and it was getting harder to find globally.
I wonder if it may be useful for children to be given a little snake venom throughout their lifetime to build up immunity🤷🏽♀️
RIP. Very tragic. Snakes are mostly solitary, but biology allows overlap, especially with food, shelter, or mating.
ReplyDeleteThey may have been mating,I heard it's their season.May her soul rest in peace
ReplyDeleteSnakes are everywhere in this Nigeria, no problem. But a cobra in a house! It is still a mystery to me. Cobra!
ReplyDeleteIt’s like seeing a wild animal like lion in your room. Yes there are animals around but not a Lion.
What a sad story
ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace
