Waje Introduces Her Babygirl On Instagram....Motherhood Rocks!

Nigerian Crooner Waje is pictured here with her daughter (about 12years?) ..born many years ago when the crooner took the stand not to abort the pregnancy.

She says on her instagram page '“She makes all the stress, disrespect ND (and) disregard worth it.”...

*I totally agree with Waje and i am proud of her, being a mother is the best thing that can happen to any woman.it makes all the stress worth while and no matter what anyone says or does to you, just having your kid smile at you makes it better, its like magic...YES!

  2. Looking at this pix, makes me remember my mum... There's this powerful emotional connection between mother and child. Mum's love is powerful and genuine. I like my dad though, but I love my mum so much.

  14. I don't get the idea of raising children in the eyes of the camera. I really don't! Waje could make us know that she loves her kid without putting her pictures on Instagram. Because raising a children in front of cameras where people can hate is terrible.

  15. Stella, are you by chance dignifying pre-marital sex and having child out of wedlock at 18 yrs old?

    1. Stella is dignifying the right to life, the right to live and let live, the right to cherish your unborn child and the best of all the right to keep it real. Real life statistics show that so many kids start to "get down" as early as 8 years....while you stick your nose up in the air and pretend pre-marital sex ain't happening, remember it takes these underaged kids 30seconds to get stuff done and over with. Abstinence is purrfect I'm a staunch believer, but mehn....keep it real. Celebrate your baby Wake....Old things have passed away BEHOLD all things are new.

There is therefore NOW no condemnation......

    2. Ooooooshe......... Aku you couldn't have said it any better!! I'm not an advocate for pre-marital sex but truth is...it happens! And when the consequence arrives, deal with it!! Waje has raised a beautiful child all by herself and yes she should be commended. so 'holy' people cast your stones!!

Aku.....u spoke well......Annon 4:54pm....u talk like u dont know wat happens on daily basis??are u also implying that girls should abort in a case of unwanted/unexpected pregnancy???two wrongs dont make a right....i hope u remember dat......thumbs up Waje for taking d decision to give ur girl a chance to live.....

  17. Stella I am a guy and avid reader of your blog. I was just talking to my twin sis when I saw this post. We will be 37 in january and she is single. A lovely soul that never lived rough. Just not lucky to get married. I am pushing her to have a baby despite this. Some in the family think I am nuts. She sef dey do churchy churchy. She is full of love and I want her to have a kid even though our igbo society frowns deeply at single mothers. Its not as if they treat single ladies without kids any better so why bother? Waje I envy you o

    1. Sweetheart, I'm 34 and want to start having kids as well but God's plan is always the best. I'm also a born-again christian. Let ur sister be. Waje's journey is not ur sister's journey. To each his own. God that has kept her this long, will surely reward her with a beautiful family in Jesus Name. Amen

  26. Wane pls let this be the first and last time you show this your beautiful daughter......keep your life private, don't be tempted cos too many evil dirty mouthed individuals out there.....and you idiots who want to see omawunmi and Genevieve's kids make una go commit sucide cos to me that is the best decision they are making.......they can never have anything to be ashamed off cos they talk about them but you twats don't need to see their picture.....go and have yours and get busy, amebo kobo kobo

  27. Anon with a twin sister, I love you to death but I don't know you. Every girl needs to have a brother like you. It might not be easy for her but with a brother like you...she will make it. I turn 40 next year and I have a friend who is slightly older than me who is still single. I have asked her to have a baby, it would change her life.

Infact u said it well, although I'm married but my grandma used to tell us (had a older cousin who was not so lucky but later got married but not dat kind fulfilled type of marriage sha) that any lady who finds hherself getting older n not lucky to get married should have a child instead before losing out in that dept, she said it is so worth it and fulfilling. We all wont have things same way in life, lets face it n in such circumstance we apply wisdom.
