      What's your weakness???
As a front desk officer, how do attend to a client???

    6. Don't be scared. Just keep calm and be composed. Read psalm 47 several times for favour (if you don't have mobile Bible, google it). Front Desk Officer is also known as a receptionist. You will be the face of the organisation; the first point of contact of the organisation with customers. You have got to be extra patient, calm and respectful even in the face of provocation. Know the company's Mission & Vision statement and what they do.

Psalm 47 is to be respected, you don't use it for your bosses. Psalm 8 is better for favour jo matter how hard hearted a person is. Best of luck.

    9. GGB, one psalm is multipurpose. Respected, favoured-no be same we dey talk. When there's favour, respect is bound to occur. Psalm 47 does work for me.

    10. Best of luck! Think about questions like how would you deal with difficult customers? Tell me a time when you were faced with someone difficult and how did you handle? Tell me a time when you've gone above call of duty in a job? Strenghts/weaknesses? Why do you want this job? What are your goals in 3/5/10years?

You may not want the job or be overqualified, but every opportunity God provides you is a stepping stone. My first job out of school by lunch time the first day I know I hated it. I stayed in faith and God was faithful to me. I did those jobs like they were my dream jobs and poured everything into them. 10 years later I am going for interview for asst manager position in oil and gas company. Take the opportunities provided by God as blessings and he will continue to multiply your blessings

      Good luck

  12. The pictures look nice, but 220 million? My head is spinning!

If a duplex in Ikeja can cost that much I wonder how much similar houses in Lekki would go for!

    2. Don't mind the JJC to Lag. Ikeja GRA is the 3rd in premium after Banana and Ikoyi. Her type will even call agungi and igbo efon lekki too. It reminds me of one bush girl that came to Lag around 2008 claiming she lives on the island which turns out to be Ajah. Even lekki is not an island,it is a peninsula.

  13. The location of a house determine it price, GRA Ikeja is a highbrow area in lagos where an empty plot of land sells for as much as 80million bucks. You don't expect a duplex with a BQ to be less priced in such an area. I would have expect the owner to take more clearer pictures than what we have here. Estate investment is a serious business and marketers should have taken a better view of the home.

  14. 220 million ke?
    Biko it's not worth it
It doesn't even have a swimming pool
    And the finishing is crappy
    Waste of time!

  15. With some peoples comment, you know they are really not who they like claiming to be on here.. 220m to build you more than one house? Please go around and find out the cost of land in that area, gra, surulere, island all have high price, before you even start talking about building cost...

PS: I am not the poster,at least Stella can verify that....

Dts where I bring tribalism in, u hardly see an igbo man buy this kind of house with such amount when thr are plenty investment to do unless his money runs in trillions.
