    1. Men should know that as they clock 60, they should always check out their postrate because it's the greatest killer of elderly men. If detected early, I think it could be dealt with.
      Rip sir

    2. So sad! I screamed "haaaaaaaaa" when I saw this post. My the LORD give the IDIBIA family the fortitude to bear this loss.

Mrs D, it's not till they reach 60; infact when they are clocking 40 is when they should start keeping tabs on their prostate gland.

Men reaching 40 should please abstain from processed/refined foods, milk, sugar, fried foods and reduce salt intake.

Wives please watch what your husbands eat.

Men, have your prostate checked regularly.

PS: Stella, it's prostate not prostrate.

    3. Husbands should please watch what they eat. They are not children after all. The wife may keep a healthy diet @ home but he then goes out with the "boys" and eats whatever.

  45. RIP sir. My dad is currently in remission from that son of bitch called Prostate Cancer. Tuface should get regular prostate check ups now. For most men, metastasis has taken place before diagnosis and that's why it is deadly.
