Popular yoruba movie actress, Idowu Philips a.k.a Iya Rainbow is set to release a gospel track titled ‘Ore Ofe’ from her forthcoming gospel album.
The 72 year-old actress who has also joined the growing number of actors diversifying into the music industry, revealed in a recent interview with Daily
Times, that the new single features popular Fuji star, Wasiu Alabi a.k.a Pasuma Wonder who also features prominently in the rest of the album.
‘I have a full gospel album recorded and ready for release already. The album was recorded with Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, and it talks about how God is a politician. I’ve decided not to disclose the name of the album for now; we’ll be releasing some hot singles off the album first before the launch proper,’ she said.
