President Buhari Met With Service Chiefs Today...

President Muhammadu Buhari had his first meeting with the service chiefs in his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces at the defence house in Abuja earlier today.

Those in attendance were Kenneth Minimah, chief of army staff; Adesola Amosu, chief of air staff; Usman Jibrin, chief of naval staff; and Alex Badeh, chief of defence staff.

The main agenda was said to be strategies for ending the threat of Boko Haram in the north-east, battle against terrorism and the relocation of Command and Control Centre of the military to Maiduguri, Borno State capital.

But It's also strongly whispered that the Service Chiefs may be asked to voluntarily retire from service to give way to new appointees.

Here are more photos from the meeting and the official cars the service chiefs came in....
