The solicitors say these actions have caused substantial harm to Sheggz’s mental health, business interests, public reputation, and the reputation of his family. They further claim Bella allegedly threatened to use social media to inflict severe distress on him.
The notices demand immediate compliance:
– Stop all interviews and public statements about Sheggz or his family
– Delete all posts, comments, videos and digital content containing the alleged defamatory claims
– Publish a clear retraction or apology on the same platforms where the statements were made
– Provide written confirmation of full compliance via email or WhatsApp
