A 10-year-old boy was allegedly buried alive by suspected occultic men in Ngwo, Enugu State.
The discovery was made during a three-day fasting and prayer crusade organised to cleanse the community of evil. Vanguard gathered that the boy was allegedly abducted along Independence Layout axis.
However, a Catholic priest from Abia State, Reverend Father Modestus Chilaka, invited by elders to assist in cleansing the land, rescued the boy.
At press time, it was not known whether the boy had been reunited with the parents; or his whereabouts.
State Police Command’s spokesman, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, told Vanguard: “I am not aware of the incident, but I will check. “Maybe it happened and it was not reported. I will get back to know if I have the details.”
However, the traditional ruler, Ogwugwu Ebenebe 1 of Ameke Ngwo, Igwe Jerome Okolo, said: “I was here and I saw a small boy who was buried alive as a sacrifice.
“The priest said that they have buried a boy for rituals.
“He prophesied and said he will go there and rescue him. He went and they rescued the boy and brought him to the ground and everybody saw him.”

DeleteI think I have heard about the Rev Father. I don't know if he's same person. "They" said he's a powerful man of God. In Enugu, on the 27th May, a landlady took her kids and her tenant's kid's out for children's day celebration came back and said the tenant's 8year old daughter was drown in a pool; after some weeks they went to see the Rev Fr in Aba and he said the landlady killed the girl that she didn't drown. Meanwhile, they went to the place the tragedy occurred and asked if anyone drown on the 27th in their pool and there were no such record. Omo this world is evil oh. They have packed out of the woman's house and thinking of the step to take. This is a lesson to everyone. If I no fit go out with my kids, they will stay at home watching cartoon network that's in future. Chi Austin

ReplyDeleteStella this Modestus is a fake pastor abi priest, the catholic church has even disowned him. There's a viral video on fb when he held a crusade and he allegedly "exorcised" a man and a lizard came out of his mouth, and the whole village was hailing him, what they didn't know was that someone was discreetly videoing and clearly got the part where a woman in the midst of the crowd close to the priest dropped the lizard and quickly walked away..at that time the priest was saying to the congregation in igbo "everybody look to the sky" and the gullible people all looked up. I dunno how to send u that video because i have it on my fb page.
