Memo To The Governor And People Of Edo State.

This one is a MUST READ.....

''Good Day Stella,
This is from of one of your blog visitors residing in Benin City. Our Comrade governor has been in the press recently, commenting and condemning Jonathan's Past Administration.

He should please mind his business and face his own state issues. Let me list some issues he has used, several billions of Naira to do in the State, but no improvement. I will give this to the man though, the man's marketer is one of the bests in the political game. Our baba can market himself for Africa.

1. 10 months after their strike, and several staffs of the Edo State Judiciary Service have not been paid. Only God knows how they have survived this far, he told them to resume and they will be paid, but they are still waiting for their credit alerts.

2. GRA roads are having port holes again. Before the rains began, residents in the GRA side of Benin city. Noticed rapid constructions around major roads. Some dead roads were revived, Ihama Road- Adesuwa Road, Adesuwa - Sapele Road etc The ones that were patched, well sorry to say, they don start to open mouth again. Some mouth wet open are even worse now.

3. The main one that made me write today is Textile mill road. The road is terrible, and our Comrade said because Osunbor commissioned the road, he doesn't want to work on it so Osunbor won't take the glory. I have never been that baffled before.

People were really justifying the statement that yes, I understand what he is saying. I was just upset, that's rubbish. No matter who commissioned a road in your state, if it is bad, it should be fixed. It's the people in the state that enjoy the road, not the person that commissioned it. As rain start fiam i fled the place, i no fit swim abeg. I have attached pictures to show you what I am talking about.

Then finally this one is for Benin People, Una too dirty. All the yamayam for gutter, Na Oshiomole put am there? No sorry, I forget say na your Local Government Chairman throw the dirty for there.

Latter Una go dey complain "we no fit sleep erosion don full our house" why e no go enter when Una don use all Una nylon and tomatoe basket block gutter.

I remember when we were young and everyone will clean their house and environment and even nearby gutters. Today it's a thing of the past .
(If you no fit enter gutter pay all those area boys wey dey find money to clean am).

You will be passing a road and smelling all manner of condemned urine, Kia UTI full people belle o. Condom no fit protect your partner from such dirtiness and disease. Please keep your body and environment clean, and also please keep Edo State Clean.

Stella waffy geh of Life, I hail.
BV Osato Mark.

if you want to send a memo your state governor,I have space available, please send it in and pass your points across without insults.

D roads re in a deplorable state, judiciary workers haven't been paid salary dis year, gratuities re being owned to pensioners, 5000 youths were recently laid off and re currently on d streets, traders n drivers re being haunted by d taskforce etc. Dis govo won't see dis tins. All he does is cast aspersions on other politicians but himself. He can't make a complete sentence without abusing d PDP n ex President Jonathan. He shud focus on rebuilding d state n quietly STHU.

    3. Shut up myopic idiot. It is people like you that makes the idiot called governor is not doing anything. All you people know how to do is compare his tenure with lucky tenure. What has your stupid loud mouthed governor done in that state? It was this same thing I was telling a cab driver today when he was defending the governor. All the roads in Benin are BAD. I kept asking anybody that cared to listen what is going on in the state. I went for few days visit and shocked and dissapointed is an understatement of what I saw in Benin. You people should stop defending him foolishly, you voted him into that position so let him work. Let him do his job instead of running mouth everywhere and putting up billboards of non existent projects. Useless man.

Moron was able to do just the road leading to his village. Erosion wants to finish Edo state. No clean water. Truly, Edo people self dirty especially Auchi people. They can never do environmental. Edo state erosion is not a state govt job. It needs federal intervention. With all the money allocated to edo state and the ones generated won't even solve erosion problem in the state.

I was born in auchi and my family still live there till infinity. Talk about other things but leave erosion out of it.

Edo state Governor is good @ being in the press daily for different reasons, the man is a talker, ever since he came back to power for second term he has since forgot and neglect his official duties and instead use the state allowance for his personal use. He has introduced the same thuggery he drove out in his first tenure in office, many thugs who collect money illegally from the people. That man is cunning, teachers have not been paid their salaries and same with local government workers. All he dose this days is to throw tantrums like a child, anyway he is leaving office soon

Roads in benin are bad and I never sid they're not. But if anyone comes here to lie about something I know I'll defend it.

The only road that leads to Oshios villa is a federal road. No one should come here and say that's the only rod he repaired cos he didn't repair it.

He repaired roads in villages in the state. I can testify for auchi, my villa and some others I know.

    2. Adolor junction? Jesus!
I have bad memories of that place. One time rain fell, there was serious traffic as some cars were stuck, so no way. Had to trek to Uniben. I don't even wanna talk about Ekosodin road. Gov Oshiomhole, is Ekosodin not part of Benin city? That place has been forgotten. So glad I left in one piece.

  22. The problem with Edo state is that they traditional grounds which would have been good sources of channeling the water away from the road, afterall it's overgrown with weeds and all sorts of fetish things, they refused to give the state. Where drainage is meant to be, you will see stupid houses blocking them. Touch any of those houses in the bid to construct the road, na so so rain go dey fall whenever you wan do work, frustrating efforts. I throway cap for those people sha.

The truth is that he started well, but ended terribly.
One day, the man had the guts to pass akpapava road he then wound down his glass to wave. Who send am abeg, after his Mopol has used force to push and intimidate everybody from the road. His one year should do and end abeg.

If Lucky Igbinedion and other predecessors had done a quarter of what Oshiomhole has done, Edo State would have been better. Please, go to Igbanke village in Orhionmwon LGA and see how he has transformed the roads. Dual carriage, very well tarred. He has done much better than former Governor Uduaghan of Delta State. Yes, he cannot do everything, and can still do more. But he has tried for now.

  37. I think this is a good initiative, thanks to the BV that sent in this memo. I know that even if the Governor does not read blogs, people close to him will read and let him know. And all BV's should remember that the elections are over and it is time to hold our leaders accountable for what we expect from them, so irrespective of the party you support, it's time to be objective and call it like it is. This is democracy, it's for the citizens of Nigeria to enjoy good governance.

  40. Stella, this flood is learning compared to what we used to experience in Asaba, delta state. Uduaghan is terrible, him and his wife ruined the hell out of delta, anyday it rains, na public holiday for my colleagues and I since our office is on okpanam road and we'll need canoe 2 paddle thru. Edo state is Paris compared to delta state. Now see the billion naira mansion uduaghan is building opp event centre, he's building on 4 plots, everything there is bullet proof, I know bcos I wok for a construction firm. Uduaghan, u have done ur worst, nw take the back seat and wait for God's pinishment.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Please BV go and learn the difference between a Local Govt, state and Federal road. People mentioning Fedral roads and they don't know it's the Formal Fedral minister of roads the reconstructed the road. Education in Nigeria is in shambles.

For a BV that said Erosion control is not a state govt project? REALLY NIGGA? Please improve your IQ before you comment. Why construct road when you know it will get bad in the next 4 years again? Because of lack of adequate drainage facility. It simly shows you are there to patch things up, put a bandage and not deeply solve a problem.

It's the duty of the government in power to develop drainage and it is the duty of the Citizens of the town, to throw away their wastes accordingly. Yes people that throw their nylons on the express while travelling are not left out, some buses have dustbin, please make good use of it.

If Buhari has plans to transom the country, the people need to first transform thier own habits, though process and lives. Next elections I am going to vote, but only for leaders that truly love and have the interest of thier people at heart.

I am hopefully waiting for the time God will raise leaders like the king of Dubai in Nigeria. I will be full of Joy, I could not read that book past 10 pages, I was full of sorrow for my own country. The God deposited the love for his nation in that man's heart. That man is full of wisdom, terrorist don't know what Islam is all about.

Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo please put all your sentiments and money making schemes aside and let us start questioning and making our government know that we see the evil they do. In this hopefully we can slowly change Nigeria.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yoruba and edo people are the same one and ten pence. no difference at all. dirty people. yamayama people.

  43. Hahahahaha, see kettle calling pot black. So Oshomole no tidy his state before barking at past administration. Bia ndi Edo, una no get governor, na Abuja the old wowo man dey stay now. 44. Osho is preparing for life after Govt House..he is working for Federal appointment...
Didn't know he was such a hypocrite till this his second term..To say I'm disappointed in him is an understatement.....

Yet he's so goal about others....
All he does is spend government money in hosting orgies, let's hope now that he has married at least that one has stopped....
Truly, no one would have I,gained that he would underperform this much but I guess he showed his true self with the 'Go and Die' saga
